چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ زواﯾـﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫـ ﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺎ ﻫـﺪف درك ارﺗﺒـﺎط آﻧﻬـﺎ ﺑـﺎ اﻓـﺰ اﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﻓـﺮد ي، ﮔﺮوﻫـ ﯽ و ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎ ﻧﯽ و ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺗﺎ ﺛﯿﺮﮔـﺬار ﺑـﺮ ﺑـﺮوز اﯾـﻦ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫـ ﺎ ﺻـﻮرت ﻣــﯽ ﭘﺬﯾﺮد. اﻣﺮوزه ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻫﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬـﻢ و ﺿـﺮور ي ﭘﻠـ ﯿﺲ ﺣﺮﻓـﻪ اي و ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﻣﺤـﻮر، ﻣﻬـﺎرت ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري ارﺗﺒـﺎط و رﻓﺘـﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺐ ﺑـﺎ ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪان اﺳـﺖ . ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ ﺑـﻪ دﻧﺒـ ﺎل اﺣﺼـﺎء راﻫﮑﺎرﻫـﺎي ﺗﺤﻮل و ارﺗﻘﺎء رﻓﺘﺎر و ﮔﻔﺘﺎر ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﮐﻼﻧﺘـﺮي ﻫـﺎ و ﭘﺎﺳـﮕﺎه ﻫـﺎي اﻧﺘﻈـﺎﻣﯽ ﻓـﺎ. ﻏـﺮب اﺳـﺘﺎن ﺗﻬـﺮان ﺟﻬﺖ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﭘـﯿﺶ ﺣﻘـﻮق ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪي اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷـﺪه اﺳـﺖ. اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈـﺮ روش، از ﻧـﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﺎت ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒـﯽ )ﮐﻤـﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔـﯽ( اﺳـﺖ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠــﻪ اول ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از دﯾـﺪﮔﺎه ﺧﺒﺮﮔـ ﺎن ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ آﻧﺎن در ﺣـﺪ اﺷـﺒﺎع ﻧﻈـﺮي ﺑـﺮاي اﺣﺼـﺎء راﻫﮑﺎرﻫـﺎي ﺗﺤـﻮل رﻓﺘـﺎر ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﮐـﻮپ ﻣـﻮرد ﺑﻬـﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻗﺮا ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺳـﭙﺲ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺗﺄ ﯾﯿـﺪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔـﻪ ﻫـ ﺎي اﺣﺼـﺎ ﺷـﺪه، ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﻪ اي ﺗﻨﻈــﯿﻢ ﺷــﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌــﻪ آﻣــﺎري، ﺷــﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧــﺪﻫﺎن، روﺳــﺎء و آﺣــﺎد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨــﺎن ﭘﻠــﯿﺲ ﭘﯿﺸــﮕﯿﺮي و ﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮﯾﻬﺎي ﻓﺎ. ﻏـﺮب اﺳـﺘﺎن ﺗﻬـﺮان ﺑـﻮده ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨـﺪ اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬـﺖ ﺣﺼﻮل اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن از اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، از اﻋﺘﺒـﺎر ﻣﺤﺘـﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺑـﺮاي ﺳـﻨﺠﺶ ﭘﺎﯾـﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻘﯿـﺎس ﻫـﺎي ﻣـﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده، از روش ﺿﺮﯾﺐ اﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪه اﺳـﺖ. ﺑﺮاﺳـﺎس ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻞ از ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑـﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ آﻣﺎري ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ ﻣـﻮرد ﻧﻈـﺮ ﺑـﺮ ﺗﺤـﻮل رﻓﺘـﺎري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﮐـﻮپ ، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد؛ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮي ﮐﻪ ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪه، ﺑـﺎر ﻋـﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ »ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﻧﻘﺶ روﺳﺎء و ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧـﺪﻫﺎن « ﺑـﺎ ) 0/77( داراي ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿـﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔـﺬاري و ﻣﯿـﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـﺎي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ روانﺷـﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑـﺎ ) 0/69(؛ آﻣـﻮزش و ﻓﺮﻫﻨـﮓ ﺳـﺎزي ﺑـﺎ ) 0/65(؛ ﺷـﻐﻞ و ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑـﺎ )0/63( و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل و ﻧﻈﺎرت ﺑﺎ )0/57( ﺑـﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿـﺐ در رده ﻫـﺎي ﺑﻌـﺪي ﻧﻘـﺶ آﻓﺮﯾﻨـﯽ در ﺗﺤـﻮل رﻓﺘـﺎري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي و ﭘﺎﺳﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study seeks to enumerate strategies for transforming and improving the behavior and speech of police officers and police stations in order to better respect citizens' rights. Today, one of the most important and necessary capabilities of professional and community-based police is the ability to communicate and treat citizens appropriately. This research is a method of combined research (quantitative and qualitative) and was conducted in two stages. The statistical population includes commanders, chiefs and staff of the Preventive Police and Fa police stations. It is the west of Tehran province. In the first stage, the opinion of 35 experts and in the stage of determining the validity, 70 experts and specialists were used. The sampling method is purposeful. Content validity was used to ensure the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha coefficient method was used to measure the reliability of the scales used.

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between the impact of different components on the behavioral transformation of coupe staff, so that according to the results, the factor load of the index "Management and The Role of Chiefs and Commanders with (0.77) has the highest impact and the average of psychological factors with (0.69); Education and culture building with (0.65); Jobs and organizational structure with (0.63) and control and supervision with (0.57) are in the next categories of role-playing in the behavioral transformation of police officers and police stations, respectively.
