Assessing the Status of Theft Crimes and Conflict and Social Security in Relation to Urban Construction (Case Study of Baharestan City)

ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﯽ ﺿﺎﺑﻄﻪ ﺟﻮاﻣـﻊ ﺷـﻬﺮي ﺑـﯿﺶ از ﭘـﯿﺶ در دﻫـﻪ ﻫـﺎي اﺧﯿـﺮ از دﯾـﺪ ﺑﺴـﯿﺎري از ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳـﺎن ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان ﯾﮑــﯽ از ﻣﻮﻟﻔـﻪ ﻫـﺎي زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﺳـﺎز ﺑـﻪ روز ﺟــﺮاﯾﻢ و ﻧـﺎاﻣﻨﯽ در ﻣﻨـﺎﻃﻖ ﺷــﻬﺮي ﻋﻨـﻮان ﻣــﯽ ﮔــﺮدد در اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐــﻪ ﺑــﺎ روش ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠــﯽ ﺻــﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘــﻪ اﺳــﺖ ﺳــﻌﯽ ﺑــﺮ آن ﺑــﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ وﺿـﻌﯿﺖ ﺟـﺮاﯾﻢ ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ و ﻧـﺰاع در ﺷﻬﺮﺳـﺘﺎن ﺑﻬﺎرﺳـﺘﺎن ﻣـﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﯿـﺮد. در اﯾـﻦ زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﺑــﺎ ﺗﻮزﯾــﻊ ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ اي ﮐــﻪ رواﯾــﯽ آن در ﻧــﺮم اﻓــﺰار spss ﻣﻘــﺪار 0,72 ﺑــﻮده اﺳــﺖ ﻧﻈــﺮ ﺷــﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺷﻬﺮﺳــﺘﺎن ﺑﻬﺎرﺳــﺘﺎن را در زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ وﺿــﻌﯿﺖ اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ ، دﺳﺘﺮﺳــﯽ ﺑــﻪ ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮي ﻫــﺎي اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ ﺳــﺎز و ارﺗﺒــﺎط ﺟــﺮاﯾﻢ و ﺗﻮزﯾــﻊ ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮي ﻫــﺎي ﺷــﻬﺮي ﺟﻮﯾــﺎ ﺷــﺪه اﯾــﻢ ﮐــﻪ ﻧﺘــﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿــﺎﻧﮕﺮ وﺿــﻌﯿﺖ ﻧﺎﻣﻄﻠﻮب اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﯾـﻦ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺑـﺎ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ T ﺗـﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ اي 17,4- و ﻧﯿـﺰ وﺿـﻌﯿﺖ ﻧـﺎﻣﻄﻠﻮب دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﻫﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺳـﺎز ﺑـﺎ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ T ﺗـﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ اي 21,04- و ﻧﯿـﺰ ارﺗﺒـﺎط ﺑـﺎﻻي دﺳـﺖ ﯾـ ﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي ﻫﺎي و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ 0,8 ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.

More and more development of urban communities in recent decades is considered by many experts as one of the underlying factors for the development of crime and insecurity in urban areas. In this study which done as descriptive-analytical one, an attempt has been made to investigate the situation of theft and conflict crimes in the city of Baharestan. In this regard, by distributing a questionnaire with a validity of 0.72 in SPSS software, we have sought the opinion of the citizens of Baharestan on the security situation, access to security-making uses and the connection between crimes and the distribution of urban uses. The results showed the unfavorable security situation of this city with a t-index of -17.4 and also the unfavorable situation of access to security-making uses with an index of -21.04 and also the high relationship between achieving these uses and providing security with a correlation index of 0.8.
