چكيده فارسي :
اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮏ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣـﺪرن و ﻧﯿﻤـﻪ ﻣـﺪرن ﯾـﮏ واﻗﻌﯿـﺖ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎ و اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋيﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ، ارﺗﻘـﺎء ﺳـﻄﺢ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻬـﺮهﻣﻨـﺪي از اﺑﺰارﻫـﺎي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﻫﻤﭽـﻮن ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬﺎد ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪ اﺳﺖ. از اﯾﻦ رو اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف »ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘـﺶ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬﺎد در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ« ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ي آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬﺎد ﻓﻌﺎل ﮐﺸﻮر ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 80 ﺳﻤﻦ ﺑﻪ روش ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪاي ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬـﺎد در ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨـﮓ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮏ ﺑﻮد. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0,81 ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪ.ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ: ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦِ اﻣﺘﯿﺎزي ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦدﻫﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺑﺨـﺶﻫـﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ داده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬﺎد در ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑـﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ، ﺑـﺎ ﻣﯿـﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 17/9، ﻧﻘﺶ ﺷﺮﯾﮏ دوﻟﺖ را اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿـﺐ ﻧﻘـﺶ ﻧﻈـﺎرﺗﯽ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺮدم ﻧﻬﺎد ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 8/5، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 7/4و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺸﺎور ﺑـﺎ ﻣﯿـﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 6/9 ﻗـﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Traffic is an important problem in the modern societies. This phenomenon is the cause of some problems like wasting time, weather pollution, vocal pollution and mental problems.
The most important social-cultural strategy to solve this problem is changing the people beliefs and direct those to obey traffic roles and develop traffic culture of society. For achieving to this goal, needs to use the civil society tools like non-governmental organizations which have been established by society people choice. NGOs can be really useful in development of society traffic culture. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to “Investigate the Role of youth non-governmental organizations In Development of Society Traffic Culture”. Method of this research was descriptive survey.
The samples of this study were complained of managers of active NGOs (n=100) who were selected randomly by cluster sampling.
For data collection, province was divided to five areas. Central area, north eastern area, north western area, south eastern area and south western area.
The questionnaire was used for data collecting. Total stability of this instrument by using Cronbache’s α was 0.81 and internal stability in fourfold part was: 0.777 in Executive role, 0.932 in Partnership role, 0.702 in Advisor role and 0.854 in Monitoring role.
For data collecting 100 questionnaires were sent to the samples and after 3 weeks 87 were returned. 11 questionnaires were deleted because of the missing questions. 76 questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS vol.18 software.
Results showed between four roles of NGOs in development of society traffic culture (executive role, partnership role, advisor role and supervision role), partnership role has the highest average (17.9). After which the most powerful roles of youth NGOs in national sport development were supervision role (8.5) executive role (7.4) and the advisor role having the lowest average (6.9).
The results showed most of NGOs prefer to use governmental budget to do their activities which help develop society traffic culture. an‎d that they need to improve other roles.
