بررسي رابطه بين مشكلات كاري و خانوادگي پليس زن و ‌‌بهره‌وري آنان (مطالعه موردي: فرماندهي انتظامي استان كرمان)

Investigating the relationship between work and family problems of women police and their productivity (Case study: Kerman Disciplinary Command)

امروزه زنان همگام با مردان در فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي شركت كرده و به عنوان يك منبع ‌‌‌تأمين كننده مخارج زندگي تبديل شده‌اند. نـيروي انـتظامي در راستاي پاسخگويي به نيازهاي‌ جامعه خصوصاً زنان و كودكان به خدمات پليس‌‌‌‌، اقـدام به جذب و به‌كارگيري زنان در سازمان‌ پليس كرده است. از طرفي افزايش شمار خانواده‌‌هايي كه زن و مرد هر دو شاغل هستند‌‌‌‌، موجب شده است كه تعادل ميان زندگي كاري و خانوادگي از حالت خود خارج شود و گاهي اوقات ميان اجراي وظايف و مسئوليت‌هاي خانواده و كار تعارض و تضاد حادث گردد. روش: اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف در زمره تحقيقات كاربردي با استفاده از روش توصيفي و تحليلي است. روش به كار رفته در اين تحقيق از نوع اسنادي بوده كه با مراجعه به اسناد‌‌‌‌، كتاب و پايگاه‌هاي اينترنتي بر اساس فيش برداري انجام پذيرفته و در پايان با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوي به تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها پرداخته شده است. نتيجه: برقراري امنيت مستلزم بهره مندي از منابع و نيروي انساني مطلوب است؛ لذا نياز به حضور پليس زن در جامعه امري اجتناب ناپذير است؛ لذا انتظار مي‌رود كه اين قشر از پليس بتواند با بهره‌وري و انگيزه خدمتي بالا به بهترين نحو خدمات لازم انتظامي را به جامعه ارائه دهند.وجود نقش‌هاي متعدد براي اين قشر از پليس بويژه دو نقش مهم مادري و همسري، بعضاً مشكلاتي براي آنان ايجاد نموده كه تأثير آن بر جامعه، سازمان و خود زنان پليس مشهود است. از همين سو زنان پليس به منظور افزايش ‌‌بهره‌وري و كارايي خود در راستاي حفظ منافع خانوادگي و شغلي نيازمند تدابير خاص فردي و ارائه راه كارهاي قانوني و منطقي و كاربردي مسئولين اين مجموعه مي‌باشند. در اين راستا آنان نيازمند تغيير نگرش جامعه و دولتمردان براي ايجاد شرايطي مي‌باشند كه مشاركت فعال بانوان را در جامعه تسهيل نمايند. اين نگرش حمايت همه افراد در سطوح مختلف دستگاه‌هاي دولتي و مجريان امر را مي‌طلبد.

Today, women participate in social activities along with men and have become a source of livelihood. In order to meet the needs of society, especially women and children, the police force has recruited and employed women in the police organization. On the other hand, the increase in the number of families in which both men and women are employed, has caused the balance between work and family life to be out of balance and sometimes there is a conflict between the performance of duties and responsibilities of family and work. Method: In terms of purpose, this research is among the applied researches using descriptive and analytical methods. The method used in this research is a type of documents that has been done by referring to documents, books and Internet sites based on receipts and in the end, the findings have been analyzed using content analysis method. Conclusion: Establishing security requires the use of desirable resources and manpower; therefore, the need for the presence of female police in society is inevitable. Therefore, it is expected that this group of police can provide the necessary disciplinary services to the community in the best way with high productivity and service motivation. Its impact on the community, the organization and the women police themselves is evident. On the other hand, in order to increase their productivity and efficiency in order to protect family and professional interests, police women need special individual measures and provide legal, logical and practical solutions to the officials of this complex. In this regard, they need to change the attitude of society and government officials to create conditions that facilitate the active participation of women in society. This attitude requires the support of all individuals at various levels of government and the executive branch.
