Investigating the effective components and variables for citizens' trust in the police in providing sustainable social security (Case study of Guilan province

نمي توانيم امنيت اجتماعي پايدار را صرفا با راهبردها و رويكردهاي امنيتي و انتظامي محقق كنيم . براي رسيدن به امنيت اجتماعي پايدار ،بايد به سمت اصلاح كاركرد نظام هاي اجتماعي،فرهنگي،سياسي،اقتصادي و حقوقي برويم درغيراينصورت هرگونه اقدامي بدون توجه به عوامل اجتماعي اقدامي كوتاه مدت و ناپايدار است. بااشاره به مولفه هاي تاثيرگذاربرامنيت اجتماعي،تعامل مردم با يكديگر با گروه هاي اجتماعي باسازمان ها و نهادهاي دولتي و غيردولتي سطح اعتمادعمومي به رسانه ها در نشان دادن وضعيت عمومي جامعه و جهان، ميزان مشاركت مردم درزندگي اجتماعي مولفه هايي هستند كه برامنيت اجتماعي تاثيرگذارند. احساس ناامني مانع ايجاد رشد فرهنگي،اجتماعي و مشاركت عمومي مردم در ساختارهاي سياسي،اجتماعي و اقتصادي ميشود و هزينه هايي برجامعه تحميل ميكند.از آنجايي كه پليس تأمين كننده امنيت جاني و مالي شهروندان است نقش آن در رضايتمندي مردم بسيار حائز اهميت است.مباني نظري پژوهش بنابه تناسب موضوع به اين حوزه مورد بررسي ميپردازد.لذا اين پژوهش باهدف تعيين مولفه ها،ومتغيير هاي تأثيرگذاربراعتمادشهروندان به پليس در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي پايدار بين شهروندان گيلان پرداخته است.روش تحقيق توصيفي تحليلي و ابزار گردآوري نيز مطالعات كتابخانه اي و منابع اينترنتي داراي قابليت اعتبار و اعتماد است.يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد بين نقش پليس و احساس امنيت اجتماعي پايدار شهروندان و پنج شيوه (توانايي،عملكرد و جديت و قانونمداري و مردمداري) رابطه معناداري وجوددارد. بالحاظ ضريب اين مؤلفه ها و متغييرهاي اثربخش نشان ميدهد كه عملكرد پليس،توانايي و قانونمداري به ترتيب بيشترين تأثير را بر احساس امنيت اجتماعي پايدار شهروندان دارندپس امنيت اجتماعي ،مصونيت شهروندان يك جامعه از هرگونه مزاحمت،ترس،تهديد،اضطراب ووضعيتي است كه در آن ارزش هاي حياتي جامعه تهديد ميشود.تعريف امنيت اجتماعي محقق نميشود مگر بانگاهي جامع و كلان به موضوع امنيت و عامل مخل امنيت.

We cannot achieve sustainable social security solely through security and law enforcement strategies and approaches. To achieve sustainable social security, we must reform the functioning of social, cultural, political, economic and legal systems, otherwise any action without regard to social factors is a short-term and unstable action. Referring to the influential components of social security, people's interaction with social groups with governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions, the level of public trust in the media in showing the general state of society and the world, people's participation in social life are components that affect social security. Feelings of insecurity hinder the development of cultural, social and public participation in the political, social and economic structures and impose costs on society. Since the police provide the life and financial security of citizens, its role in public satisfaction is very important. Theoretically, the research deals with this area according to the appropriateness of the subject. Therefore, this study aims to determine the components and effective variables for citizens' trust in the police in ensuring sustainable social security among the citizens of Gilan. It has credibility and trust. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the role of the police and the sense of sustainable social security of citizens and the five methods (ability, performance and seriousness, and rule of law and democracy). In terms of the coefficient of these components and effective variables show that police performance, ability and rule of law have the greatest impact on the sense of sustainable social security of citizens, respectively. So social security is the immunity of citizens in any society The vital values of society are threatened. The definition of social security can not be achieved unless a comprehensive and macroview of the issue of security and the disruptive factor of security.
