هدف محوري اين مقاله عبارت است از بررسي تاثير جنسيت بر الگوهاي مصرف مواد مخدر در جامعه ايراني و بررسي تغييرات الگوي مصرف مواد مخدر در بين زنان در كشور ايران است. اين مقاله به بررسي و مطالعه تغييراتي كه در نوع مواد مصرفي در جامعه زنان ايراني اتفاق افتاده است و تبيين نقش متغير جنسيت در تغيير اين الگوي مصرف توجه دارد. روش: به اين منظور با استفاده از روش تحليل ثانويه، داده ها و نتايج مهمترين تحقيقاتي كه در طي سالهاي 1378تا1394 انجام شده است، مورد مطالعه و بررسي قرار گرفته اند. يافته ها: بر اساس برخي تحقيقات، دليل عمده تغيير الگوي مصرف از ترياك به شيشه افزايش خلق و روحيه ي هيجان‌خواهي، كسب لذت بيشتر، افزايش انرژي و بهبود عملكرد، تسكين دردهاي جسماني است و در يك دوره تقريبا 15 ساله ميانگين سن اولين تجربه مصرف مواد مخدر در ميان زنان 8 سال كاهش يافته و ميزان زنان معتاد 100درصد افزايش نشان مي دهد. نتيجه گيري: تحليل و روند شناسي داده ها نشان مي دهد كه در دهه اخير در جامعه ايراني ميزان و نوع مصرف مواد و انگيزه مصرف مواد مخدر در ميان زنان جامعه ايران تغييرات مهمي را شاهد بوده است و ذايقه مصرفي زنان در جامعه ايراني به سمت مواد مخدر صنعتي غالباً براي نمايش بدن و ظاهر آرايي گرايش دارد.

The main purpose of this article is to examine the impact of gender on drug use patterns in Iranian society and to study the changes in drug use patterns among women in Iran. This article examines the changes that have taken place in the type of consumables in the Iranian women's community and explains the role of gender variables in changing this pattern of consumption. Method: For this purpose, using the secondary analysis method, data and results of the most important research conducted during the years 1378 to 1394, have been studied. Results: According to some studies, the main reason for changing the pattern of consumption from opium to glass is to increase mood and mood of excitement, gain more pleasure, increase energy and improve performance, relieve physical pain. Drugs have been declining among women for eight years, and the rate of addicted women is on the rise.
