The effect of the element of time on the rules of jihad

عنصر زمان در احكام جهاد در قرآن، نقش بسيار مهمي دارد، زيرا وجوب و حُرمَتِ جهاد در شرائط مختلفِ زماني را موجب مي­شود. مسئله­ي اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه در چه زمان­هايي حكم جهاد در قرآن قابليّت تغيير دارد؟ روش تحقيق، تحليلي و توصيفي بوده و هدف پژوهش نيز شناساييِ عنصر زمان خاص و نقشِ آن در احكام جهاد در قرآن مي­باشد كه براي بدست آوردنِ احكام متغيِّر جهاد در قرآن صورت مي­گيرد. يافته­ها نشان داد كه حُرمت جهاد در ماه­هاي حرام در قرآن، نسخ نشده، بلكه همچنان به قوّت خود باقي است. فرار از ميدان مبارزه هنگام «تحرّف و تحيّز» پذيرفتني است. تعداد جنگ­جويانِ دشمن در نوسان زماني، قابل سنجش جهت مقاومت مي­باشد. فرار برخاسته از غافل‌گيري در زماني موقّت، قابل توجيه است. زمان درخواست پناهندگي و گرفتن اسير، وابسته به عنصر زمانِ خاص در جهاد مي‌باشد.

The element of time has a very important role in the rules of jihad in the Qur'an because it causes the necessity and sanctity of jihad in different time conditions. The main issue of the research is when the rule of jihad in the Qur'an can be changed. The method of this research is analytical and descriptive, which is done to help the Muslim war knowledge. The purpose of this research is to identify the element of specific time and its role in the rules of jihad in the Qur'an, which is done to obtain the variable rules of jihad in the Qur'an. The important findings of this research are reported as follows. The sanctity of jihad during the forbidden months is not abrogated in the Qur'an, but remains in force. Escape from the battlefield is acceptable when "distorted". The number of enemy fighters in time fluctuations can be measured for resistance. Escape from surprise in a temporary time is justifiable. The time of applying for asylum and taking a prisoner depends on the specific element of time.
