نقش ديپلماسي ورزش در توسعۀ روابط با كشورهاي غربي

Role of Sport Diplomacy in Development of Relations with Western Countries

جمهوري اسلامي ايران در تاريخ 40 سالۀ شكوهمند خود بارها با كشورهاي غربي به‌خصوص ايالات متحده بر سر موضوعات مختلف اقتصاد سياسي به چالش كشيده شده است. در اين ميان ايران با ابزارهاي مختلف تلاش كرده است تا ضمن تقويت قواي نظامي خود، قدرت نرم خود را نيز در جامعۀ جهاني افزايش دهد. يكي از ابزارهاي مهم اعمال اين قدرت ديپلماسي از راه ورزش است. با توجه به اهميت نقش ديپلماسي ورزش در بهبود روابط بين ايران و كشورهاي غربي به‌ويژه آمريكا، پژوهش حاضر ابتدا ضمن استخراج مؤلفه‌هاي ديپلماسي ورزش ايران، به نقش اين مؤلفه‌ها در بهبود روابط بين دو كشور مي‌پردازد. با استفاده از ادبيات پژوهشي ديپلماسي ورزشي گويه‌هاي پرسشنامه مشخص شده و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و PLS به بررسي ميزان همبستگي متغيرها براساس آزمون اسپيرمن و تحليل عاملي اكتشافي پرداخته شد و در نهايت مدلسازي ساختاري- تفسيري متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته تعيين شد. نتايج آزمون همبستگي نشان داد كه متغير جريان‌هاي مذهبي بيشترين تأثير را بر تبادل فرهنگي دارد. تبادل فرهنگي رابطۀ مثبت و معناداري با صلح‌سازي و وحدت ملي دارد. در نهايت رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار بين صلح‌سازي و وحدت ملي با توسعۀ اقتصادي مشاهده شد. به‌نظر مي‌رسد يافتن گفتمان مشترك در ابعاد تعاملات فرهنگي به‌ويژه در بستر ورزش، علاوه‌بر تقويت صلح و دوستي ميان جمهوري اسلامي ايران و اين كشورها، توسعۀ اقتصادي را براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به ارمغان آورد.

In its glorious 40-year history, the Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly challenged by the United States because of various political issues. In the meantime, Iran has been working with various tools to expand its soft power in the international community while strengthening its military capabilities. One of the important tools for enhancing this power is diplomacy through sport. Given the importance of the role of sport diplomacy in improving relations between Iran and Western countries, especially the United States, the present study tries to extract the components of Iranian diplomacy and explain the role of these factors to improve the relations between the two countries. Questionnaire items were identified using sport diplomacy, research literature and then dependent and independent variables were determined using structural-interpretive modeling. Spearman correlation test and structural equation modeling were used to investigate the relationships between variables. The results of correlation test showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between all variables of research. Variable religious currents had the greatest impact on cultural exchange. Cultural exchange had a positive and significant relationship with national peace and unity. Finally, a positive and significant relationship between peacebuilding and national unity and economic development has been confirmed.
