Analysis of Urban Culture Impacts on Urban Development in the City of Fooladshahr

دﻧﯿﺎي اﻣﺮوز، دﻧﯿﺎي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ و ﺗﺤﻮل اﺳﺖ و ﻫﻤﻮاره ﯾﮑﯽ از آرزوﻫﺎي دﯾﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺸﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ از اﯾـﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮ و ﺗﺤـﻮل در ر اه اﯾﺠـﺎد ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪي آرﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﯾﺪهآل اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻨﺪ. اﻣﺎ آﻧﭽﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ و ﭘﯿﺸـﺮﻓﺖ اﻣـﺮ ي اﺟﺘﻨﺎبﻧﺎﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ وﻟﯽ ﺣﺪوﻣﺮز آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪهي آن ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ زﯾﺮﺳـﺎﺧﺖ ﻫـﺎ و ﺑﺴـﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻫـﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪﻋﺒﺎرتدﯾﮕﺮ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﻫﻢ رﺷﺪ ﮐﻤﯽ و ﻫﻢ رﺷﺪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ را در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕـﯽ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و... ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آورد. ﺑﺤﺚ از ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺪون ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷـﻬﺮ و ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸـﯿﻨﯽ ﺑـﯽ ﻣﻌﻨـﺎ ﺧﻮاﻫـﺪ ﺑـﻮد، ﭼﺮاﮐـﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﺑﯽﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎﭘﺎﯾﺪاري در ﺷﻬﺮ و ﺑﺮﻫﻢ زﻧﻨﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪي ﻣﺘﻮازن ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻼش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺑﻪوﯾﮋه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮ ﻓﻮﻻدﺷﻬﺮ آنﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺗﻨﻮع ﻗﻮﻣﯽ زﯾﺎد در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿـﺮد. ﺑـﻪ اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد درزﻣﯿﻨﻪي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﮐـﻪ اﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻـﺎً ﻧﻘﺶ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ را ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ، ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ و ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ اي ﮐـﻪ رواﯾـﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ رﺳﯿﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ و ﺗﺎو b ﮐﻨـﺪال ، ﻣـﻮرد آزﻣـﻮن ﻗـﺮ ار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ از اﯾـﻦ آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ اﻓﺮاد )ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞﮐﻨﻨﺪه( ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار و از آزﻣﻮن U ﻣﻦ-وﯾﺘﻨـﯽ ﺑـﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴـﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺄﻫﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ؛ اﻣـﺎ راﺑﻄـﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ داري ﺑـﯿﻦ ﺳـﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﺸﺪ.

Today, the world is changing and the human has been willing to create an ideal society through these changes. However, the key note is to control its development speed and progress based on the society infrastructure and principles. In an other words, development must has sustainable meaning to provide quantitative growth and qualitative development in social, cultural, political and economic aspects and structures. Discussing on sustainability and sustainable development is meaningless if cities and citizenships are ignored; because, unplanned development of the city would lead to instability and uneven development. This research attempts to study the impact of culture and urban culture on sustainable development in Fooladshahr, Esfahan, Iran. At first, the key concepts are investigated and then hypotheses are defined based on existing models in sustainable development context by considering the role of culture as a strategic factor. The main research hypothesis is tested by using a questionnaire while its validity and reliability had been confirmed by the Spearman Correlation test and Kendall's tau b. These tests also are used to examine the relationship between work experience (modulator variable) and sustainable development. Whitney U-test are used to compare sustainable development on the basis of marital status and sex. Finally the research hypothesis was approved but there was no significant relationship between work experience and sustainable development.
