چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن ﺑﺮ آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد و ﻫﯿﺠﺎنﻃﻠﺒﯽ در ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن داراي واﻟﺪ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاد ﺷﻬﺮ اﻫﻮاز ﺑﻮد . روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﻤﻪآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶ -آزﻣﻮن-ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن و ﭘﯿﮕﯿﺮي ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻤﻪ داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان ﻧﻮﺟﻮان ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ در ﺳﺎل 1398-1399و داراي واﻟﺪ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاد در ﺷﻬﺮ اﻫﻮاز ﺑﻮد. از ﻣﯿﺎن آنﻫﺎ، 10ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﭘﺴﺮاﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪارس ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد و ﻫﯿﺠﺎن ﻃﻠﺒﯽ ﻏﺮﺑﺎل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. از اﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد، 30ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزاﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮي از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ در ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد و ﻫﯿﺠﺎنﻃﻠﺒﯽ ﮐﺴﺐ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ) 15ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ) 15ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻫﯿﺠﺎنﻃﻠﺒﯽ ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن داراي واﻟﺪ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاد ﺷﻬﺮ اﻫﻮاز در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن و ﭘﯿﮕﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان از اﯾﻦ درﻣﺎن در ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد و ﻫﯿﺠﺎنﻃﻠﺒﯽ ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن داراي واﻟﺪ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاد ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮد و از اﯾﻦ راه ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ در آنﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﻤﻮد
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on addiction readiness and sensation seeking in adolescents with substance-dependent parent in Ahvaz. Method: This study was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest and follow-up design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all adolescent students studying in 2019-2020 who had substance-dependent parent in Ahvaz. Among them, 10 boys' schools were randomly selected and the students of these schools were screened by the addiction readiness and sensation seeking questionnaires. Of them, 30 students who scored higher than average on the addiction readiness and sensation seeking questionnaires were randomly assigned to the experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. Results: The results showed that emotion regulation training was significantly effective in reducing the readiness for addiction and also sensation seeking in adolescents with substance-dependent parent in Ahvaz in the posttest and follow-up stages. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, this treatment can be used to reduce addiction readiness and sensation seeking in adolescents with substance-dependent parent and thus help reduce stress in them.
