چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ زﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﺑﻮد. روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﯿﻤﻪآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶآزﻣﻮن–ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ زﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ آﺳﯿﺐ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه در ﺳﺎل 1398ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ. از ﻣﯿﺎن آنﻫﺎ، ﯾﮏ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺗﻌﺪاد 75ﻧﻔﺮ از زﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ روزﻧﺒﺮگ ﻏﺮﺑﺎل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ، 30ﻧﻔﺮ از زﻧﺎن ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﺮه ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮي ﮐﺴﺐ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﯿﻪ داراي ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮي از ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ) 15ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ) 15ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ، آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ را درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ و ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻫﯿﭻ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪاي درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﮑﺮد. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ روزﻧﺒﺮگ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺳﻄﺢ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ در زﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان روﺷﯽ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ در زﻧﺎن ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر رود.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction group training on self-esteem in women with substance use disorder. Method: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all women with substance use disorder referred to injury reduction centers in Kermanshah in 2019. Among them, a center was selected with convenience method and 75 women with substance use disorder were screened using the Rosenberg standard self-esteem questionnaire. Then, 30 women who scored lower and had a lower level of self-esteem than the others were selected and randomly assigned into the experimental group (n= 15) and the control group (n = 15). Participants in the experimental group received mindfulness-based stress reduction training and the control group's participants did not receive any interventions. The demographic information questionnaire and the Rosenberg standard self-esteem questionnaire were used to collect the data. Results: The results of the analysis of covariance showed that mindfulness-based stress reduction group training improved the self-esteem level in women with substance use disorder. Conclusion: It can be concluded that mindfulness-based stress reduction training can be used as a way to improve and enhance self-esteem in women with substance use disorder.
