چكيده فارسي :
انقلاب اسلامي يك انقلاب ذاتاً فرهنگي است و هرگونه تحقق اهداف و آرمان هاي انقلاب اسلامي در گرو پيشرفت هاي عظيم فرهنگي در نظام جمهوري اسلامي مي باشد. با وجود تلاش هاي فراواني كه طي 42 سال گذشته براي اعتلاي فرهنگ اسلامي- ايراني صورت گرفته، و توفيقات غيرقابل انكاري كه انقلاب در اين عرصه داشته است، در حال حاضر شرايط فرهنگي كشور با نقاط مطلوب فاصله چشم گيري دارد و بخش مهمي از اين فاصله ناشي از ناكارآمدي نظام فرهنگي مي باشد بطوريكه در شرايط كنوني، بحث تحول اساسي در ساختار فرهنگي كشور به امري اجتناب ناپذير تبديل گرديده است. از آنجا كه به تازگي مبحث جديد و سرنوشت سازي از ناحيه رهبر انقلاب با عنوان «بازسازي انقلابيٍ ساختار فرهنگي كشور» مطرح گرديده است، اين مقاله، با در نظر گرفتن يك مسأله كليدي در باب چگونگي چارچوب دهي به طراحي هاي مرتبط به بازسازي، و از همه مهم تر، ايجاد ضمانت هاي لازم براي كارآمدي طرح هاي قابل توليد در اين زمينه، موضوع بازسازي را از جهت ماهيت، مفروضات، رويكردها، لايه ها، مباني، اهداف، غايات، مراحل و الزامات مورد بحث قرار داده است. علاوه بر اين در اين مقاله، نقطه كانوني بازسازي نيز معرفي گرديده و اولويت هاي عرصه اي و موضوعي بازسازي نيز تبيين شده است. از آنجا كه هدف اين مقاله بسترسازي براي مطالعات و طراحي هاي گوناگون در عرصه بازسازي انقلابي ساختار فرهنگي كشور است، ماحصل مقاله مي تواند كمك قابل توجهي به ريل گذاري در اين عرصه نمايد. در نهايت، جمع بنديٍ اين مقاله، بيشتر ناظر بر تفكيك وظايف دولت از بخش مردمي و واسپاري بخش مهمي از ستاد و صف نظام فرهنگي به مردم و تشكل هاي مردميِ انقلابي به مثابه نقطه كانوني بازسازي مي باشد.

The Islamic Revolution is an inherently cultural revolution, and any realization of the goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution depends on the great cultural progress in the system of the Islamic Republic. Despite the many efforts made over the past 42 years to promote Islamic-Iranian culture, and the undeniable success of the revolution in this field, the cultural conditions of the country are currently far from the desired points and an important part of this distance is due to the inefficiency of the cultural system that in the current situation, the discussion of a fundamental change in the cultural structure of the country has become inevitable. Since a new and fateful topic has recently been raised by the Leader of the Revolution entitled "Revolutionary Reconstruction of the Cultural Structure of the Country", this article addresses a key issue of how to frame reconstruction-related designs, and most importantly, creating the necessary guarantees for the effectiveness of designs that can be produced in this respect, as well as has discussed the issue of reconstruction in terms of nature, assumptions, approaches, layers, foundations, goals, ends, steps and requirements. In addition, in this article, the focal point of reconstruction is introduced and the arena and thematic priorities of reconstruction are explained. Since the purpose of this article is to lay the groundwork for various studies and designs in the field of revolutionary reconstruction of the cultural structure of the country, the product of the article can significantly help to lay the groundwork in this field. Finally, the conclusion of this article is more about the separation of government duties from the popular sector and the transfer of an important part of the headquarters and the line of the cultural system to the people and revolutionary popular organizations as the focal point of reconstruction
