Comparison of Happiness in Male and Female Athlete Students of Tehran University

This study was conducted to compare happiness in male and female athlete university students. 282 athlete students of Tehran University (138 male and 144 female) were assigned. To determine the happiness variables. Oxford Happiness Inventory was used. The result showed that female athlete students were in a higher level at mental health, postive mood, efficiency, satisfaction and happiness. But there was not any significant difference between selfe-steems in two groups.
