Exploring the components and issues of communication skills based on the wisdom of Nahj al-Balaghah

انسان موجودي اجتماعي است. شاكله اجتماع از روابط فردي شكل مي‌­گيرد كه اين روابط، آداب خاصي را مي­‌طلبد تا تعامل مفيد و مؤثري بين افراد جامعه برقرار شود. يكي از مهمترين اين آداب در رشد فرهنگ اجتماعي آدمي، مهارت گفت و گو است. لازمه اين مهارت آشنايي با مؤلّفه‌ها وآسيب‌هاي آن است كه با بررسي و كنكاش در متون ديني به ويژه نهج البلاغه، مي­‌توان به آن دست يافت. مقاله حاضر با هدف شناخت مؤلفه‌ها و آسيب‌هاي مهارت گفت و گو بر پايه حكمت­‌هاي نهج­‌البلاغه، مي­‌كوشد با ساختاري توصيفي- تحليلي، برخي مستندات و مصاديق اين مهارت و آسيب­‌هاي آن را، به روش كتابخانه­‌اي از نهج­‌البلاغه استنباط و تبيين و تحليل نمايد. يافته­‌هاي پژوهشي حاكي از آن است كه مهارت گفت و گو، زماني به بالاترين سطح تأثير خود مي­‌رسد كه سنجيده سخن بگوييم، به موقع سكوت كنيم، مخاطب و موقعيت خود را درك كنيم، جمله­‌هاي ما فصيح و بليغ باشد، در صورت نياز با پرسش، از معلومات، تجربه و مشورت ديگران بهره‌مند شويم و راز داري را لازمه گفت و گوي سالم بدانيم. در اين ميان پرحرفي، دروغ گويي، چاپلوسي، ادعا داشتن، جدال و بدگماني مي­‌تواند آسيب جدي در مسير گفت و گوي اثر بخش باشد. بنابراين اصل حاكم بر تمام مؤلّفه­‌ها و اساس دور بودن از آسيب­‌هاي گفت و گو كه از حكمت­‌هاي نهج البلاغه به عنوان الگو و شاخص، قابل استنباط است، كنترل آگاهانه زبان است.

Human being is a social species. Individual relationships shape the structure of society. These relationships require particular etiquette to establish a valuable and effective interaction between people. One of the most important of these etiquettes in the development of social culture is communication skill. This skill requires familiarity with its components and issues, which can be achieved by studying religious texts, especially Nahj al-Balaghah. This article aims to identify the components and issues of communication skills based on the wisdom of Nahj al-Balaghah. It uses a descriptive-analytic and a library method to deduce and explain instances of this skill and its issues in Nahj al-Balaghah. Research findings indicated that communication skill might reach its highest level of effectiveness in these cases; in the case of speaking thoughtfully, remaining silent in time, understanding the audience and situation, making eloquent sentences, asking a question if needed, using the information and experience, and advising others, and observing confidentiality. In the meantime, talkativeness, lying, flattery, arguing, and suspicion can seriously damage practical communication. Therefore, what can be deduced from the wisdom of Nahj al-Balaghah as a model and indicator is that the principle that governs all the components and the basis of being away from communication issues is the conscious control of the tongue.
