بررسي تاثيرات نوسازي بر الگوي تقسيم نقشهاي جنسيتي در مناطق روستايي (مطالعه مناطق روستايي شهرستان املش)

Investigating the Effects of Modernization on the Division Pattern of Gender Roles in Rural Areas (Study of rural areas of Amlash city)

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثيرات نوسازي بر الگوي تقسيم نقش‌هاي جنسيتي انجام شده است. روش پژوهش، پيمايشي و متكي بر حجم نمونه 227 نفري از افراد دو روستاي آزاربن عليا و سفلي از توابع شهرستان املش است. در پژوهش حاضر، الگوي تقسيم نقشهاي جنسيتي، با پنج شاخصِ بررسي شد و انتظار ميرفت افرادي كه سنين بالاتري داشته‌، به برابري جنسيتي در تقسيم نقش‌ها كمتر گرايش داشته باشند و برعكس. اما يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد الگوي تقسيم نقشها، در گروههاي سنيِ مختلف، مشابه يكديگر است. در بررسي رابطه الگوي نقش‌هاي جنسيتي با جنسيت افراد، پاسخگويان با جنسيت متفاوت به مساوات‌طلبي در تقسيم كار معتقد بوده‌اند. همچنين افراد با پايگاه اقتصادي و اجتماعي بالاتر‌، نگرشهاي برابري طلبانهتري نسبت به افراد در پايگاه پايينتر، داشته‌اند. در اين پژوهش، نوسازي در قالب چهار بعد (فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي) سنجيده شد، نتايج نشان داد، نوسازي موجب تغييراتي در الگوي سنتي تقسيم نقشهاي جنسيتي گرديده و با تاثيرپذيري افراد از عناصر مدرن، نگرشهاي جنسيتي در تقسيم نقشها كاهش يافته و تقسيم نقشهاي خانگي و اجتماعي، بسوي تساوي‌طلبي در حال تغيير است.

The present study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the effects of modernization on the Division Pattern of Gender Roles.Survey Research Method is used for this study and it is based on a sample including 227 individuals and they are living in two suburbs of Amlash city which are Azarbon Alia and Azarbon Sofla. The division pattern of gender roles has been investigated using five parameters. It was expected that older people are less tended to accept gender equality in division of roles. But, the study indicated that division pattern of roles is the same among different age groups. In investigating the relationship between pattern of gender roles and individuals’ gender, the respondents whose gender were different, believed in gender equality in division of labour. Also, people with higher socioeconomic status believed in egalitarianism more than people with lower socioeconomic status. In this study, modernization has been evaluated from four dimensions (cultural, social, economic, and political); the study indicated that modernization has changed the traditional division pattern of gender roles, and with people influenced by modern elements, gender attitudes against division of roles has been decreased, and also division of household and social roles are changing toward gender equality. كليدواژه‌ها [English]
