چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: باتوجه به اهميت زنان در جامعه و به خصوص در نيروي انتظامي، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر ضرورت برگزاري المپياد ورزشي ويژه زنان پليس در نيروي انتظامي است.
روش: اين پژوهش كيفي است و با روش نظريه داده بنياد و رويكرد گليزر اجرا شد. ماهيت پژوهش اكتشافي و با هدف شناخت ضرورت‌هاي برگزاري المپياد ورزشي پليس زن انجام گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش را اعضاي هيئت علمي گروه روان‌شناسي، مديريت ورزشي و پليس‌هاي زن نيروي‌انتظامي تشكيل دادند و نمونه 18 نفري از آنها به صورت هدفمند تا دستيابي به اشباع نظري، مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. پس از اجراي تمامي مصاحبه‌ها، مطالب گردآوري شده به دقت مطالعه شد و داده‌هاي حاصل از اجراي آن در سه گام اصلي كدگذاري باز (مفاهيم)، محوري (مقوله فرعي) و انتخابي (مقوله اصلي) قرار گرفت. براي تعيين روايي پژوهش از مقبوليت، قابليت انتقال و تاييدپذيري استفاده شد و پايايي آن با روش توافق بين دو كدگذار 0/85 تعيين شد.
يافته‌ها و نتايج: در اين پژوهش، تعداد 42 كد اوليه به دست آمد كه در سه مقوله اصلي تقويت ارزشها، بهبود سلامت و توسعه شغل جاي گرفتند. در بخش تقويت ارزشها، دو مقوله ارزش‌هاي فرهنگي و ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي، در بخش بهبود سلامت، سلامت جسماني و سلامت رواني و در بخش توسعه شغل، عوامل فردي و عوامل سازماني شناسايي شدند. از جمله ضرورت‌هاي برگزاري المپياد ورزشي زنان پليس، تقويت هويت اسلامي، افزايش وجهه عمومي پليس، كسب تجربه تيمي، كاهش استرس شغلي، افزايش خودآگاهي، بهبود عملكرد ذهني و جلوگيري از تحليل رفتگي در شغل هستند.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Considering the importance of women in society and especially in the police force, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the need to hold a special sports Olympiad for police women in the police force.
Method: This is a qualitative research and was carried out by the method of grounded theory and Glaser approach. The nature of exploratory research was conducted with the aim of recognizing the necessities of holding a female police sports Olympiad. The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members of the Department of Psychology, Sports Management and female police officers of the police force, and a sample of 18 of them were purposefully interviewed to achieve theoretical saturation. After conducting all the interviews, the collected materials were carefully studied and the data obtained from its implementation were divided into three main steps of open coding (concepts), pivotal (sub-category) and selective (main category). To determine the validity of the research, acceptability, transferability and verifiability were used and its reliability was determined by agreement between the two coders as 0.85.
Results and conclusion: In this study, 42 initial codes were obtained which were placed in three main categories of value enhancement, health improvement and job development. In the section of strengthening values, two categories of cultural values and social values, in the section of improving health, physical health and mental health, and in the section of job development, individual and organizational factors were identified. Among the necessities of holding the Women's Police Sports Olympiad are strengthening the Islamic identity, increasing the public image of the police, gaining team experience, reducing job stress, increasing self-awareness, improving mental performance and preventing burnout.
