نقد و بررسي اخبار حوزه نظم و امنيت در نشريات مكتوب استان كرمان (نيمه دوم سال 1398)

Review of news in the field of order and security in the written publications of Kerman province (Second half of 1398)

با توجه به تأثير قابل‌توجه اخبار نظم و امنيت بر احساس امنيت در جامعه، پژوهش كنوني به نقد و بررسي اخبار حوزه نظم و امنيت در نشريات مكتوب استان كرمان در بازه زماني شش‌ماهه دوم سال 1398 پرداخته است. روش‌شناسي: پژوهش از نوع توصيفي است و با روش تحليل محتوا، تمام شماره‌هاي 28 نشريه مهم و فعال استان كرمان در بازه زماني شش‌ماهه، بررسي شده است. درمجموع، 497 خبر، گزارش و يادداشت استخراج شد. داده‌ها از طريق نرم‌افزار SPSS تنظيم و تحليل شده‌اند. يافته‌ها: ابعاد محتوايي پژوهش شامل نوع قالب خبري، تفكيك مصاحبه‌شوندگان، مهم‌ترين عناوين خبري، تقسيم‌بندي خبرهاي منتشرشده از حيث احساسي و تفكيك نشريات براساس تعداد خبرهاي منتشرشده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از استفاده بيش‌ازحد نشريات از قالب «خبر» براي انعكاس اخبار نظم و امنيت است. اظهارات مقامات مرتبط با نظم و امنيت (به‌جز مقامات پليس) درصد بسيار پاييني است كه مي‌طلبد هم نشريات از قالب‌هاي متنوع خبري استفاده كنند و هم متوليان امر، اظهارنظرهاي بيشتري البته از نوع مثبت، در باب مقوله نظم و امنيت داشته باشند. نتيجه‌گيري: نقش مقامات پليس استان كرمان در نشريات كرمان برجسته‌سازي شده، درحالي‌كه نقش ساير مقامات استان و به‌ويژه مردم قابل‌تأمل است. امنيت استان كرمان به‌دليل ترانزيت مواد مخدر و قاچاق سوخت براي كشور خيلي مهم است، اما اخبار ساير فعاليت‌هاي پليس نبايد كم‌رنگ شود. اخبار اميدبخش، اعتمادآفرين و افزايش‌دهنده احساس امنيت در تحليل‌هاي منطقي و مثبت از وضعيت نظم و امنيت استان، ضروري است.

Due to the significant impact of order and security news on the feeling of security in the society, the present study has reviewed the news in the field of order and security in written publications of Kerman province in the second half of 1398. method; The research is descriptive and using the content analysis method, 28 important and active publications of Kerman province, which could be accessed to all their issues, have been examined in a period of six months. A total of 497 news, reports and notes have been extracted and the data has been compiled and analyzed through SPSS software. Findings; The content dimensions used in this study include: the type of news format, the segregation of the interviewees, the most important news headlines, the emotional division of the published news and the segregation of publications based on the number of published news. The findings of this study indicate the excessive use of "news" in the form of publications to reflect the news of order and security. Statements by law enforcement officials (with the exception of police officers) are a very low percentage that require both publications to use a variety of news formats, and those in charge to comment more positively on discipline and security. Conclusion: The role of Kerman police officials in Kerman publications is very prominent, while the role of other provincial officials, especially the people, in order and security is worth considering. The security of Kerman province is very important for the country due to the balance of drugs and fuel smuggling, but the news of other police activities should not be diminished. Hopeful, trustworthy news and increasing the sense of security are essential in logical and positive analyzes of the state of order and security in the province.
