چكيده فارسي :
هدف: دانش آموزان در شرايط فعلي در مواجهه با محيط عمومي و افراد جامعه دچار ترس‌ها و هراس‌هايي هستند؛ بدين صورت كه فكر مي‌كنند ممكن است درمحيط آلوده جامعه اتفاق ناگواري برايشان بيفتد يا خطراتي آنها را تهديد كند كه اين مسئله ممكن است در سال‌هاي آينده منجر به منزوي‌تر شدن و ضد اجتماعي شدن آنها شود. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر شناسايي چالش‌ها و نوآوري‌هاي آموزش در طول پاندمي كوويد 19 مي‌باشد. روش: روش تحقيق، كيفي از نوع پديدارشناسي و با استفاده از راهبرد اكتشافي انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهشي شامل 10 خانواده (داراي فرزندان 6 تا 10 ساله) و 10 نفر از معلمان استان خوزستان مي‌باشد كه به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و با لحاظ قاعده اشباع و حداكثر تنوع انتخاب شده است. يافته‌ها: تحليل مضامين نشان داد كه چالش‌هاي آموزش مجازي شامل 8 مضمون، فرصت‌هاي آن شامل6 مضمون، پيامدها شامل 5 مضمون و راهكارهاي توسعه آموزش مجازي شامل 5 مضمون مي‌باشد. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق مي‌‌‌توان گفت پاندمي كرونا از يك طرف باعث توسعه مهارت و تجربه يادگيري، افزايش مهارت و خلاقيت آموزشي كليه ذينفعان شده و از طرفي پيادهاي پرخاشگري، افسردگي و منزوي شدن و انزواي اجتماعي، رها شدن در فضاي مجازي را موجب شده است كه ظرفيت سازي اين موضوع نيازمند آن است كه روش‌هاي آموزشي كه معلمان به‌كار مي‌گيرند با توجه به شناختي كه از ظرفيت‌هاي يادگيري يادگيرندگان‌شان و تفاوت‌هاي فردي كه بين سبك‌هاي يادگيري وجود دارد، مي‌بايست محتوا را به نحوي ارائه كنند كه يادگيرندگان به نحو اثربخشي آن‌را بياموزند.
چكيده لاتين :
Objective: In the current situation, students face fears and anxieties in the face of the public environment and people in the community; They think that in contact with others and the polluted environment of society, something bad will happen to them or they will be threatened with dangers, which may lead to their isolation and anti-socialization in the coming years. The main purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and innovations of education during the Covid 19 pandemic. Method: The research method is qualitative phenomenological and has been done using exploratory strategy. Research community Includes 10 families with children aged 6 to 10 years and 10 teachers in Khuzestan province, which was selected by purposive sampling method with respect to the saturation rule and maximum diversity. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. After coding, seven main categories of data emerged. Findings: Thematic analysis showed that the challenges of e-learning include 8 themes, its opportunities include 6 themes, the consequences include 5 themes and the strategies for developing e-learning include 5 themes. According to the research results, it can be said that Corona pandemic on the one hand develops skills and learning experience, increases the skills and educational creativity of all stakeholders and on the other hand results in aggression, depression and isolation, delay in socialization of children, increase individualism an‎d social isolation has led to the abandonment of cyberspace. Capacity building of this issue requires that the teaching methods used by teachers should be based on the knowledge of their learners' learning capacities and the individual differences that exist between learning styles. Present it in a way that learners can learn it effectively.
