ارائه الگوي برنامه آموزشي كارآفريني براي كودكان پيش دبستاني در ايران بر اساس طبقه بندي بلوم

Providing an entrepreneurship education program for preschool children in Iran based on Bloom's Taxonomy

طي دهه گذشته، آموزش كارآفريني به كودكان در بسياري از كشورها به يك موضوع اساسي درسي تبديل شده است اما با وجود اهميت اين موضوع، خلاء پژوهش هايي كه به طور صريح آموزش كارآفريني در سنين پيش دبستاني را مورد بررسي قرار مي دهند، در كشور به چشم مي خورد. بر اين اساس اين پژوهش به دنبال ارائه الگوي برنامه آموزشي كارآفريني در دوره پيش دبستاني در كشور مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر اكتشافي واز نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده ها و اطلاعات از نوع كيفي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل بنيان گذران مهدكودك ها و كليه ي مديران، كارشناسان و خبرگان حوزه اموزش در مهدكودك ها و مدارس پيش دبستاني استان تهران، با حداقل ده سال سابقه تحصيلات و يا تجربه مرتبط با كارآفريني در اين حوزه مي باشد. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته با 13 نفر از خبرگان و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي كيفي از كدگذاري باز و محوري استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش با استفاده از تلفيق مولفه هاي طبقه بندي بلوم شامل سه مولفه درك و فهم، بكارگيري و كاربرد و تفكر نقادانه و خلق و ابعاد برنامه آموزشي شامل اهداف، محتوا، روش تدريس و نقش معلم در قالب ماتريس برنامه آموزش كارآفريني براي كودكان ارائه گرديده است.

Over the past decade, teaching entrepreneurship to children has become an essential educational subject in several countries. Despite the importance of this subject, there is a lack of studies explicitly examining entrepreneurship training in preschool ages in the country. Hence, the present research aims to provide an entrepreneurship education program for preschool children in the country. The present research is an exploratory study which is also an applied study in terms of purpose and a descriptive study in terms of the data collection method. The study population includes the founders of kindergartens as well as all principles, professionals, and experts in the field of education in kindergartens and preschools located in Tehran with at least 10 years of educational or working experience related to entrepreneurship in this field. Semi-structured interviews with 13 experts were conducted to collect data, and qualitative data were coded through open and axial coding. Study results have been presented in the form of an entrepreneurship education program matrix for children through the integration of Bloom’s taxonomy’ components (including three components of comprehension and understanding, application and analysis, and creation and critical thinking) and the dimensions of educational programs including goals, contents, teaching method, and teacher’s role.
