Analysis of the role of soft leadership in society from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS)

اين تحقيق به دنبال بررسي نقش رفق و مداراي رهبري در جامعه‌پذيري و چگونگي كاربست آن توسط اميرالمؤمنين عليه‌السلام بر اساس گزاره‌‌هاي گردآوري شده از نهج‌البلاغه است كه با بهره گيري از روشي توصيفي – تحليلي به داوري گذاشته مي شود؛ با اين توصيف، در اين پژوهش رابطه رفق و مدارا با جامعه‌پذيري بررسي شده ويافته ها زير حاصل گرديده است : تأثير رفق و مداراي رهبري در تربيت نيروها ؛ تاثير رفق و مداراي رهبري دررفع كينه و اختلاف ميان نيروها ؛ نقش نرمش در رهبري نيروها ؛ تاثير گذشت هنگام قدرت وتوانايي در رهبري؛ وتاثير رفق و مدارا در همدلي نيروها با رهبري؛ سپس حد و مرز مدارا در جامعه‌پذير نمودن مردم بر اساس سيره امام علي ع بيان شده است.روش اين پژوهش توصيفي –تحليلي است كه براي تحليل داده‌ها از روش تحليل محتواي متن گزاره‌‌ها بهره‌گرفته و محتواي اصلي اين تحقيق، برگرفته از كتاب نهج‌البلاغه است.

This study seeks to examine the position and role of friendliness and tolerance as an important element of soft leadership in organizational sociability and how it was used by Imam Ali (AS) based on the statements collected from Nahj al-Balaghah, which is judged using a descriptive-analytical method. The study relates that with this description, the relationship between friendliness and tolerance with organizational sociability has been studied and the following conclusions have been obtained: The effect of friendliness and tolerance in the organizational training of forces; The effects of friendliness and tolerance in removing resentment and differences between forces in the organization and society; The role of flexibility in guiding forces on the right track; The effect of handing over power and ability in leadership; an‎d the effects of camaraderie and tolerance on the empathy of the forces with the leadership. The limits of tolerance in accepting people based on the life of Imam Ali (AS) have been stated.
