چكيده فارسي :
مسئوليت آموزشي اساتيد، علاوه بر راهنمايي دانشجويان به سوي زندگي موفق، شامل آماده كردن آنها براي پذيرش و پرورش فضيلت در زندگي شخصي و دانشگاهي خودشان نيز است. معرفت‌شناسي فضيلت يكي از رويكردهاي نوين در فلسفه تحليلي معاصر است كه با توجه و تمركز بر فضايل فكري و تأكيد بر نقش آنها در كسب و انتقال دانش و معرفت، مجموعه‌اي غني از ابزارها را براي نظريه‌هاي آموزشي فراهم مي‌آورد تا روش درست انديشيدن را به دانشجويان ياد دهد. فضايل فكري همچون كنجكاوي، گشوده ذهني، شجاعت فكري، بخشش فكري، استقلال فكري، فروتني فكري، همدلي فكري و ... مي‌توانند به اساتيد و دانشجويان كمك كنند تا اهداف آموزشي بهتر تحقق يابند. در اين پژوهش تحليلي با استفاده از داده هاي معرفت شناسيِ فضيلت مسئوليت گرا، فضايل فكري استخراج و مهارت هاي چهارگانه براي پرورش آنها تبيين گرديد. سپس انتقادات اصلي كه به نقش و اهميت فضايل فكري در امر آموزش وارد شد، مورد بحث و ارزيابي قرار گرفت. نتيجه اين مطالعه نشان داد كه آموزش فضايل فكري به دانشجويان يكي از مهم‌ترين وظايف اساتيد است و جايگاه آن در كمك به دانشجويان براي خودكفايي و كسب آمادگي براي دوران بزرگسالي و نقش مهم آن در زندگي سياسي و اجتماعي بدون جايگزين است.

In addition to guiding students toward a successful life, educational responsibility of professors includes preparing them to accept and cultivate virtue in their personal and academic lives. The epistemology of virtue is one of the new approaches in contemporary analytic philosophy which, by focusing on intellectual virtues and emphasizing their role in acquiring knowledge, provides a rich set of tools for educational theories to teach students how to think correctly. Intellectual virtues, such as curiosity, open-mindedness, intellectual courage, intellectual forgiveness, intellectual independence, intellectual humility, intellectual empathy, and etc. can help professors and students to better achieve educational goals. In this analytical study, using the epistemological data of responsibility-taking virtue, intellectual virtues are extracted and four skills are explained for cultivating them. Then, the main criticisms of the role and importance of intellectual virtues in education are discussed and evaluated. The results of this study show that teaching intellectual virtues to students is one of the most important tasks of professors, which has no alternative in helping students to be self-sufficient and preparing them for adulthood. Also, it plays a significant role in political and social life of students.
