بررسي رابطه فرهنگ وتوسعه سياسي با تحليلي بر چگونگي تحولات سياسي جامعه حجاز در عصر پيامبر اكرم(ص)

Investigating the Relationship between Culture and Political Development with an Analysis of the Political Developments of Hejaz Society in the Age of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)

توسعه سياسي به يك معنا فرآيندي است كه در آن براي دولت‌سازي،كارآمدي نظام سياسي، ايجاد امنيت پايدار، برقراري عدالت اجتماعي، بردباري در برابر مخالفان، حاكميت قانون وگسترش امكانات آموزشي تلاش مي‌شود؛ اين امور رابطه مستقيم با فرهنگ به عنوان هويت‌دهنده انسان در زندگي اجتماعي دارد. رابطه فرهنگ با سياست آن‌چنان عميق است كه هرگونه تحول بنيادين در امور سياسيِ در يك جامعه، وابسته به فرهنگ مردمان آن ديار است. بهترين نمونه براي نشان دادن نقش فرهنگ در توسعه سياسي شيوه پيامبر خاتم(ص) درنهضت مقدس اسلامي است؛ پيامبر خاتم(ص) براي اصلاح وضعيت سياسي حجاز، مهم‌ترين و اولين كاري كه انجام داد اين بود كه باورها و ارزش‌هاي آن جامعه را اصلاح كرد و از اين راه، توانست گروهي متحد، هم‌فكر و همگرا ايجاد كند و زمينه تأسيس دولت را فراهم نمايد. و با توزيع عادلانه قدرت و ثروت، شايسته‌سالاري، اصول‌گرايي و قانون‌مداري، ديپلماسي فعّال و توجه به نيازهاي مادّي و معنوي، تحول گسترده‌اي را در حجاز ايجاد كند. در اين مقاله، رابطه فرهنگ وتوسعه سياسي با بررسي چگونگي توسعه سياسي در عصر پيامبر اكرم(ص) و نقش باورها و ارزش‌هاي ديني در آن، با استناد به منابع و متون كهن و روش تحليلي توصيفي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.

Political development means a process in which efforts are made for state-building, the efficiency of the political system, the establishment of lasting security, the establishment of social justice, tolerance for the opposition, the rule of law and the expansion of educational facilities. These matters are directly related to culture as the identifier of man in social life. The relationship between culture and politics is so deep that any fundamental change in the political affairs of a society depends on the culture of the people in that country. The best example to show the role of culture in the political development, is the method of the last Prophet. The most important and the first thing that the last Prophet (PBUH) did to reform the political situation of the Hejaz, was to reform the beliefs and values of that society, and in this way, he could create a united, like-minded and convergent group and provide the ground to establish a government. The Prophet also created a wide-ranging transformation in the Hijaz by the equitable distribution of power and wealth, meritocracy, fundamentalism and the rule of law, active diplomacy and attention to material and spiritual needs. In this article, it has been studied the relationship between culture and political development with the study of political development in the era of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the role of religious beliefs and values in it, with reference to ancient sources and texts and descriptive analytical method.
