بررسي آيه 18 سوره زخرف در راستاي تصدي مناصب عمومي توسط بانوان

The Study of Verse 18 of Surat az-Zukhruf in Relation to Women Taking Public Offices

پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسي آيه 18 سوره زخرف است كه دريابد آيا اين آيه بر عدم شايستگي زنان براي تصدي مناصب عمومي دلالت مي‌كند يا خير. ازاين رو به اين موضوع پرداخته مي‌شود كه انديشمندان مسلمان از اين آيه چه تفسيرهايي را ارائه نموده‌اند. يكي از موارد مشترك اكثر تفاسير اين است كه نقصان عقلي زنان را به عنوان امري ذاتي نتيجه گرفته‌اند؛ چرا كه «علاقه به زينت و زيور» و «عدم توانايي استدلال» را دو صفت ذاتي زنان دانسته‌اند، بنابراين حكم به عدم شايستگي زنان براي تصدي مناصب عمومي داده‌اند. در ادامه با بررسي نظرات گوناگون مفسران مشخص مي‌گردد كه تنها علامه فضل الله با ارائه بحث مفصلي نقصان عقلي را از ويژگي‌هاي زنان ندانسته‌اند. در آخر با ارائه مستندات قرآني مشخص مي‌گردد كه اين آيه در بر گيرنده سه نكته مهم است كه دلالتي بر عدم شايستگي عموم زنان براي تصدي امور حكومت و قضاوت ندارد.

The present article tries to study the verse (ayat) 18 of Surat az-Zukhruf to find out whether the verse refer to the incapability of women to run a public position or not. In order to do that, we carried out an investigation into the ideas of Muslim thinkers about this matter. One common issue among all these interpretations is that the deficiency in intelligence among women is an inborn characteristics as the "love of ornaments" and the "inability to think clearly" are two features that women are naturally born with, thus the decree for the ban of women in taking public offices. However, examining different interpretations makes it clear that Allame Fazlollah by putting forward a thorough discussion, has rejected the deficiency in intelligence of women. Finally, presenting some documents from the Holy Quran, it becomes evident that three verses in the holy book do not show any signs of the inability of women in talking government or judgmental positions.
