درميان تمام اعلام نظرها و بحث ها و گفت وگوها از گفتمان هاي مختلف كه ميراث فكر و انديشه بشر است گفتمان غالب نه در يك شهر و كشور بلكه كل جهان، گفتمان حقوق بشر است. اصول و قواعد و ارزش هاي حقوق بشري و جنبه هاي مختلف آن همچون نسبي گرايي يا جهانشمولي حقوق بشر علاوه بر طرح در نشست ها و هم انديشي هاي دانشگاهي و فلسفي، در محافل خصوصي و شخصي و در بستر جامعه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. به همين جهت بازخواني نظرها و انديشه هاي بزرگان فلسفه و دريافت فهم آنان از حقوق بشر مي تواند بر فهم بيشتر و امروزي از نظرات آنان و به هدف نهايي حقوق بشر كه كرامت انساني و زندگي شرافتمندانه است و در منظومه فكري بسياري از انديشمندان و فلاسفه جايگاه بلندي دارد كمك كند. در اين راستا در اين مقاله با اين پرسش كه حقوق بشر و ارزش هاي آن چه جايگاهي در انديشه هاي ملاصدرا داشته است به پژوهش با روش كيفي پرداخته و اين نتيجه حاصل شد كه در نظام فكري ملاصدرا با توجه به نوع رهيافت و رويكرد وي به مباني نظري فلسفي، نزد وي حقوق بشر از اصالت و اهميت برخوردار نيست.

Therefore, re-reading the approaches and ideas of the great philosophers and understanding their views on human rights it can lead to a more up-to-date understanding of their views and the ultimate goal of human rights, which is human dignity and a dignified life and has a high place the intellectual system of many thinkers and philosophers. In this article, with the question of what is the place of human rights and its values in Mulla Sadra's thoughts, has researched with a qualitative method. it was concluded that in Mulla Sadra's intellectual system, according to his approach and philosophical theoretical foundations, human rights are not original and important to him.
