فشار نهادي و عملكرد پايدار شركت‌هاي صنعتي و توليدي: تحليل نقش ميانجي يادگيري استراتژيك (مطالعه موردي؛ شهرك صنعتي كرمانشاه)

Institutional Pressure and Sustainable Performance of Industrial Manufacturing Companies: Analyzing the Mediating Role of Strategic Learning (Case study; Kermanshah Industrial Town)

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تأثير فشار نهادي بر عملكرد پايدار شركت‌هاي توليدي و صنعتي با تحليل نقش ميانجي يادگيري استراتژيك است. روش تحقيق حاضر، ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و ازنظر شيوه جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري شامل مديران مختلف 256 شركت صنعتي و توليدي شهرك صنعتي كرمانشاه هستند كه بر اساس جدول نمونه‌گيري مورگان، 152 شركت تعيين و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلي جمع­آوري اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه و تجزيه‌وتحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از مدل­سازي معادلات ساختاري و نرم‌افزار ليزرل انجام‌گرفته است. يافته‌ها حاكي از اينكه فشار نهادي بر عملكرد پايدار شركت‌هاي صنعتي و توليدي تأثير مستقيم و معناداري دارد. همچنين، فشار نهادي به‌طور غيرمستقيم و از طريق متغير يادگيري استراتژيك بر عملكرد پايدار تأثير مستقيم و معنادار دارد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهند، يادگيري استراتژيك نقش ميانجي بين فشار نهادي و عملكرد پايدار دارد. علاوه براين، فشار نهادي و يادگيري استراتژيك از مهم­ترين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر عملكرد پايدار شركت‌هاي صنعتي و توليدي هستند. همچنين، نتايج در خصوص مباحث فشار نهادي، يادگيري استراتژيك و عملكرد پايدار، نوآوري‌هاي نظري به همراه داشته و به مديران، صاحبان و ذي‌نفعان شركت‌هاي صنعتي و توليدي در درك و چگونگي تأثيرگذاري فشار نهادي بر عملكرد پايدار با تأكيد بر يادگيري استراتژيك كمك مي‌كند.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of institutional pressure on the sustainable performance of manufacturing and industrial companies by analyzing the mediating role of strategic learning. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes managers from 256 different industrial and production companies of Kermanshah Industrial Town. According to Morgan sampling table, 152 companies were determined and selected using simple random sampling method. Data collection tools, questionnaires and analysis were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in LISREL software. Findings indicate that institutional pressure has a direct significant effect on the sustainable performance of industrial and manufacturing companies. Also, institutional pressure has an indirect significant effect on sustainable performance through the variable of strategic learning. The results show that strategic learning plays a mediating role between institutional pressure and sustainable performance. In addition, institutional pressure and strategic learning are the most important factors affecting the sustainable performance of industrial and manufacturing companies. Moreover, the results have provided theoretical innovations in the areas of institutional pressure, strategic learning and sustainable performance.
