The role of intervention based on parent-child interactionin the treatment of children with emotional behavioral disorder

زمينه و هدف: اختلالات هيجاني رفتاري نتيجه انواع آسيب هاي روان شناختي در طي دوره تحول به خصوص دوره كودكي اوليه است كه رفتارهاي ضدّ اجتماعي، اختلال در عملكرد تحصيلي و اجتماعي را در سنين بعدي به دنبال دارد. الگوهاي تعاملي خانواده ها با كودكان، ازجمله عوامل مؤثر بر فرآيند تحول و سلامت روان كودك در سنين نوجواني و بزرگسالي و مداخلات مبتني بر اصلاح تعاملات والد-كودك جزو درمان هاي كارآمد در درمان اين اختلالات است. بدين ترتيب، هدف از اين مطالعه مروري، بررسي شواهد درمان هاي مبتني بر تعامل والد-كودك و اثربخشي اين درمان ها بر انواع اختلالات روان شناختي در كودكان و همچنين بررسي ابعاد و ويژگي هاي آنها است. روش: اين مطالعه از نوع مروري روايتي است كه طي آن مطالعات انجام شده درباره نقش تعامل والد كودك در بهبود انواع اختلالات هيجاني رفتاري مورد بررسي عميق قرار گرفته و در پايان نتيجه گيري لازم انجام شده است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج بررسي پژوهش هاي انجام شده در اين حيطه مبين اثربخش و كارآمد بودن الگوهاي درماني مبتني بر تعامل والد كودك بر گستره وسيعي از اختلالات هيجاني رفتاري درون نمود و برون نمود بوده است، بدين ترتيب، مداخلات بايد بر كيفيت روابط بين والدين و كودك براي ارائه ي طرح درماني تأ كيد كنند. به همين منظور در اين مقاله، با بيان ويژگي هاي كودك با اختلال هيجاني رفتاري و بررسي كيفيت روابط كودك با والد، مدل درماني كارآمد و مفيد جهت بهبود تعاملات و روابط ارائه شده كه به عنوان يك روش مكمل و پيشگيرانه در حيطه آموزش و درمانگري، قابليت استفاده دارد.

Background and Purposes Behavioral emotional disorders are the result of a variety of psychological problems during the developmental period, especially early childhood, which lead to antisocial behaviors, dysfunction of academic and social performance at later ages. Interaction patterns of families with children are among the factors affecting the process of development and mental health of children in adolescence and adulthood, and interventions based on improving parent-child interactions are among the effective interventions in the treatment of these disorders. Thus, the purpose of this narrative review study was to investigate the evidence and the effectiveness of therapies based on parent-child interaction on various psychological disorders in children, as well as their dimensions and characteristics. Method This study is a narrative in which the studies on the role of parent-child interaction in the improvement of various behavioral emotional disorders are analyzed, and at the end the necessary conclusions are made. Conclusion The results of studies conducted in this field indicate the effectiveness of treatment models based on the parent-child interaction on a wide range of internalzing and externalizing emotional behavioral disorders. Thus, interventions should emphasize the quality of the parent-child relationship to provide a treatment plan.Therefore, in this article, by expressing the characteristics of a child with behavioral emotional disorder and examining the quality of the child’s relationship with the parent, an effective and useful treatment model to improve interactions and relationships is presented that can be used as a complementary and preventive method in education and therapy.
