چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ي ﻣﺪوﻻﺗﻮر ﻧﻮري ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮاﺗﯽ ﺳﯿﻠﯿﮑﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ رﯾﺰ ﻣﺸﺪد ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻣﺪوﻻﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﮐﻮﭘﻠﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﯾﺎﺑﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﮐﻮﭘﻠﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﻪ ازاء ﻃﻮل ﻫﺎي ﮐﻮﭘﻠﯿﻨﮓ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﭗ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﺟﺒﺮ ﺑﺎس و ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ و ﻃﻮل ﮐﻮﭘﻠﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. اﺛﺮات ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ و ﻣﯿﺰان دوﭘﯿﻨﮓ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ آن ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺷﮑﺴﺖ و ﺟﺬب ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ و درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺪوﻻﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﺸﺪد ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺪوﻻﺗﻮر و اﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﻧﻤﻮدن ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﮐﻮﭘﻠﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪوﻻﺗﻮر ﺣﻠﻘﻪ، ﮔﯿﻦ DC اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ و ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ اﻟﮑﺘﺮواﭘﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺪارﺗﺮ ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ اي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪوﻻﺗﻮرﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﺪ ﺗﺎ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this paper, an example of a silicon telecommunication modulator based on micro-ring Resonator is designed. In order to achieve high bandwidth, the coupling coefficient must be improved. This issue is investigated by changing the coupling coefficient for different coupling lengths and gaps between the bass waveguide and the ring. The optimal coupling length was calculated. By numerical calculation, the impurity and carrier distribution in a PN phase modulator are investigated and various effects such as doping distance change, doping rate change and its effect on refractive index and absorption changes are investigated. By improving the modulator parameters and optimizing the coupling coefficient of the ring modulator the DC gain is enhanced and the electro-optical response became more stable. Comparisons have also been made to similar modulators and bandwidth has been improved up to one order.
