چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: ﭘﯿﻞ ﺳﻮﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻏﺸﺎي ﺗﺒﺎدل ﭘﺮوﺗﻮن )PEMFC( ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺑﺎزده و ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎﻻ، دﻣﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ و ﻋﺪم ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﻤﯿﺮ و ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻮﺧﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺴﯿﻠﯽ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﻪ ﻧﺮﻧﺴﺖ و ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﻞ ﺳﻮﺧﺘﯽ، واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺳﭙﺲ، ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻣﺪار اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدل ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ اﺛﺮات ﺗﻠﻔﺎت اﻫﻤﯽ، ﻓﻌﺎل ﺳﺎزي و ﻏﻠﻈﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﻞ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه، اﺛﺮ ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ، دﻣﺎ و ﻓﺸﺎر ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﯿﻞ ﺳﻮﺧﺘﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﻞ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﻣﺘﻠﺐ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻣﺪل ﺑﺎ دادهﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪل در ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽﻫﺎي ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﮐﻢ، اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ )ﺑﺎ ﺧﻄﺎي ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از 3/62%( دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه، در ﮐﻞ ﮔﺴﺘﺮه ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه )از 0 ﺗﺎ A/cm 0/6( ﺗﺨﻤﯿﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮﻟﯽ )ﺑﺎ ﺧﻄﺎي ﺣﺪود 17/66%( از ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﯿﻞ دارد. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ اﺛﺮ دﻣﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ و ﻓﺸﺎرﻫﺎي آﻧﺪ و ﮐﺎﺗﺪ در ﭘﯿﻞ ﺳﻮﺧﺘﯽ، ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ وﻟﺘﺎژ ﭘﯿﻞ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﯾﻦ دو ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ ﯾﺎﺑﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) have gained more attention as promising successors to fossil fuels due to their high efficiency and power density, low operating temperature, and no need for maintenance. In this research, first, the cell performance is investigated based on the step changes of current density using the Nernst equation and the governing equations of the fuel cell. Then, an equivalent electrical circuit model considering the effects of current density, temperature, and pressure on the fuel cell performance is presented. MATLAB software is utilized to solve governing equations of the cell. Comparison of the model results with experimental data shows that the model’s performance at low current densities is very well in line with the experimental results (with an error of less than 3.62%). Also, the proposed model shows an acceptable estimate (with an error of about 17.66%) of the cell performance in the whole range of simulated current densities (0 to 0.6 A/cm2). Finally, the effect of operating temperature and anode and cathode pressures on the fuel cell’s performance is investigated and shown that the cell voltage increases by increasing these parameters which, implies their constructive effect on the cell performance.
