چكيده فارسي :
سياست دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در تحقق اهداف، منافع ملي و اقتدار كشور از راهبردها و رهنمودهاي خداوند در قرآن پيروي مي‌كند و حقيقتاً تبلور عيني و عملياتي آموزه‌هاي اسلام، ذخيرهي ارزشمندي از حقيقت اسلام است. پر واضح است، عرضه صحيح آرمان انقلابي، انديشه و سياست دفاعي برگرفته از قرآن كريم، نياز امروز ما را افزون نموده و در ترسيم نقشه‌ي راه سياست دفاعي راهگشا خواهد بود. اين پژوهش سعي دارد بر اساس آيات مرتبط در خصوص دفاع و تفسير نمونه آيت‌الله مكارم شيرازي، ملاحظات سياست دفاعي اسلام را استخراج كند. بدين منظور هدف اصلي تحقيق، تعيين ملاحظات سياست دفاعي از منظر قرآن طرح گرديد؛ كه متناسب آن سؤال تحقيق شكل گرفت. روش مورد استفاده اين تحقيق، توصيفي– تحليلي با رويكرد كيفي از نوع كاربردي است. براي انتخاب آيات مرتبط از اشباع نظري استفاده شد به اين صورت كه انتخاب مفاهيم، تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري انجام شد و براي اعتبار و پايايي آن، از روش كشف و بازرسي استفاده گرديد.
نتايج تحقيق مستند به 41 آيه از آيات و تفسير آن، حاكي از آن است كه از منظر قرآن، از مهم‌ترين ملاحظات سياست دفاعي عبارتنداز: بازدارندگي؛ حساسيت در برابر دشمن؛ نفوذ ناپذيري؛ پايبندي به اصول، مباني و ارزشها؛ هدفگيري آرمان‌هاي انقلاب؛ كسب حداكثري منافع؛ تعيين اهداف امت اسلامي؛ روحيه شجاعت و نهراسيدن از دشمن؛ استقامت؛ توجه به دكترين دفاعي اسلام؛ گسترش و تقويت جامعه توحيدي.

The defense policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in achieving the goals, national interests and authority of the country follows the strategies and guidelines of God in the Qur'an, and indeed the objective and operational crystallization of the teachings of Islam is a valuable repository of the truth of Islam. It is clear that the correct presentation of the revolutionary ideal, defense thought and policy derived from the Holy Quran will increase our need today and will be instrumental in drawing the roadmap of defense policy. This study tries to extract the considerations of Islamic defense policy based on the relevant verses regarding the defense according to the book of Tafsir-e- Nemoneh from Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi. For this purpose, the main purpose of the research was to determine the considerations of defense policy from the perspective of the Qur'an and the research question was formed accordingly. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach of applied type. To select the relevant verses, theoretical saturation was used in such a way that the selection of concepts was done until the theoretical saturation was reached and for its validity and reliability, the discovery and inspection method was used. The results of research based on 41 verses and their interpretation indicate that from the perspective of the Qur'an, the most important considerations of defense policy are: deterrence, sensitivity to the enemy, impenetrability, adherence to principles, principles and values, targeting ideals Revolution, gaining maximum benefits, determining the goals of the Islamic Ummah, the spirit of courage and not being afraid of the enemy, perseverance, paying attention to the defense doctrine of Islam, expanding and strengthening the monotheistic society.
