تقابل آمريكا و چين در ابتكار كمربند و راه و بررسي نقش ايران

در سال‌هاي اخير تقابل آمريكا و چين شكل نمايان‌تري به خود گرفته است؛ به‌طوري‌كه دو كشور در مناطق مختلف جهان و در عرصه‌هاي گوناگون سياسي، ژئوپليتيك، اقتصادي و امنيتي با يكديگر مواجه هستند. يكي از عرصه‌هاي تقابل آمريكا و چين، ابتكار كمربند و راه چين است كه اجراي آن چين را به قدرتي برتر در خشكي تبديل خواهد كرد. اين پژوهش به دنبال بررسي نقش ايران در تقابل آمريكا و چين بوده و پرداختن به اين موضوع از آن جهت اهميت داشته است كه ايران بخشي از مسير ابتكار كمربند و راه است و مناسبات هر دو طرف تقابل يعني آمريكا و چين با ايران از جهاتي منحصربه‌فرد است: آمريكا در تقابل با ايران و چين در تعامل با ايران. پرسش اصلي پژوهش عبارت بوده است از اينكه «نقش ايران در تقابل آمريكا و چين ذيل ابتكار كمربند و راه چيست؟» اين پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌هاي اسنادي - كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه نخبگاني غيرساختمند و با رويكردي توصيفي - تحليلي انجام شده و فرايند دست‌يابي به پاسخي براي پرسش اصلي، از طريق تبيين تقابل آمريكا و چين و سپس بررسي همراهي يا عدم همراهي ايران با طرف‌هاي تقابل بوده است. دستاورد اين پژوهش، تبيين نقش و تأثير ايران در تقابل آمريكا و چين در ابتكار كمربند و راه بوده و در پايان نتيجه‌گيري شده است كه حضور ايران به‌عنوان عاملي موازنه‌ساز باعث سنگيني كفه تقابل به سود چين خواهد بود.

The US-China confrontation has become more visible in recent years. So that the two countries face each other in different regions of the world and in different areas of politics, geopolitics, economy and security. One area of ​​confrontation between the United States and China is the China Belt and Road Initiative, the implementation of which will make China a superior power on land. In this study, we seek to examine Iran's role in confronting the United States and China. The importance of addressing this issue is that Iran is part of the Belt and Road Initiative, and the relationship between the two sides, the United States and China, with Iran is unique in that the United States confronts Iran and China interacts with Iran. The main question of the research is what is the role of Iran in the confrontation between the United States and China under the belt and way initiative? The process of obtaining the answer to the main question has been through expressing the confrontation between the United States and China and then examining whether or not Iran accompanies the parties to the conflict. The result of this study is to explain the role and influence of Iran in the confrontation between the United States and China in the Belt and Road Initiative, and the conclusion that the presence or absence of Iran in this plan will affect the confrontation between the United States and China.
