پيامدهاي فرهنگي توسعه گردشگري در كشور از ديدگاه خبرگان

Cultural Impacts of Tourism Development in Iran from the Perspective of Experts

صنعت گردشگري بر مبناي ارتباطات انسان ها با فرهنگ هاي متفاوت در بستر مقاصد گردشگري جريان داشته و اين ارتباطات گردشگران با فرهنگ هاي متفاوت، تاثيرات مثبت و منفي متعددي در پي خواهد داشت. بر اين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت مهمترين اثرات توسعه گردشگري بر فرهنگ مقاصد گردشگري، در سطح جامعه محلي و ملي است. روش تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي است و براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از روش ميداني (پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. جامعه نمونه 50 نفر از خبرگان ميان رشته اي در حوزه فرهنگ و گردشگري بوده اند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و Excel استفاده شده است. يافته ها نشان مي دهند توسعه گردشگري پيامدهاي فرهنگي مثبت و منفي متعددي بر جامعه مقصد گردشگري در سطح محلي و ملي دارد. تاثيرات مثبت گردشگري در سطح جامعه محلي بر شاخص هاي احياي سنت ها و مراسم بومي، حفاظت از مكان هاي تاريخي و باستاني و آشنايي با آداب و رسوم فرهنگ هاي مختلف است و چنانچه توسعه گردشگري بدون برنامه ريزي دقيق جريان پيدا كند، مخرب بوده و باعث توسعه رفتار تجملي و كالايي شدن فرهنگ در سطح اجتماعات محلي مي شود. همچنين توسعه گردشگري در سطح ملي نيز نتايجي از قبيل تقويت غرور ملي و تفاهم فرهنگي با ساير ملل در پي خواهد داشت.

The tourism industry is based on the connections of people with different cultures in the context of tourism destinations, and these connections of tourists with different cultures can have many positive and negative impacts. Accordingly, the aim of the present study is to identify the most important impacts of tourism development on the culture of tourism destinations at the local and national community level. The research method is descriptive-analytical and data collection was performed using the field method (questionnaire). The study population included 50 interdisciplinary experts in the field of culture and tourism. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Excel software. The findings indicate that tourism development has several positive and negative cultural impacts on the destination community at the local and national levels. The positive impacts of tourism in the local community are the revival of local traditions and ceremonies, protection of historical and ancient sites, and familiarity with the customs of different cultures. However, if tourism development takes place without appropriate planning, it can be destructive and leads to the consumerist behavior and commodification of culture at the local community level. Also, the impacts of tourism development at the national level also include strengthening national pride and cultural understanding of the other nations.
