چكيده فارسي :
در دهه اخير در شهرها چالش‌هاي متعددي در حوزه‌هاي زيست‌محيطي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي به وجود آمده‌اند كه با رشد روزافزون شهرها و جمعيت شهري اين چالش‌ها بيشتر شده‌اند. اما امروزه در سراسر جهان، با توجه به نقش‌هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي شهرها بر جوامع، بايد با كمك مسئولين توسعه شهري و راه‌حل‌هاي پايدار بر اين چالش‌هاي شهرنشيني غلبه كرد. در ادبيات حوزه شهر، مفاهيم و رويكردهاي زيادي براي ارائه تصويري از آينده شهرها وجود دارد كه يكي از مهم‌ترين اين مفاهيم، مفهوم شهر هوشمند است. پژوهش حاضر كه در حوزه‌ي آيندهنگاري شهري است به دنبال ارائه راهكارهايي براي آينده‌نگري مؤثرتر پيرامون شهر هوشمند اصفهان در افق 1420 با توجه به اين مفهوم است. رويكرد اين پژوهش كيفي، از نظر هدف كاربردي است و به منظور انجام اين پژوهش و در مرحله پيش‌آينده‌نگاري، ابتدا با كمك پويش محيطي و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي به جمع‌آوري تعاريف گوناگون شهر هوشمند از مقالات متعدد پرداخته شد. به عنوان مرحله آيندهنگاري نيز در غالب يافته‌هاي پژوهش با انجام پس‌نگري براي شهر هوشمند، راهكارهايي براي تبديل اصفهان به يك شهر هوشمند در قالب يك نقشه راه ارائه شد. بسترسازي لازم براي توليصرف‌كنندگي انرژي‌هاي تجديدپذير، افزايش تاب‌آوري اكولوژيك اصفهان و زمينه‌سازي براي اقتصاد استارت‌آپي از مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي نقشه راه هوشمندسازي شهر اصفهان هستند.

In the last decade, there have been several challenges in the environmental, social and economic fields of cities, which have increased with the increasing growth of cities and urban population. But today, dou to the social and economic role of cities in communities, these urbanization challenges must be overcome with the help of urban development officials and sustainable solutions all over the world. In urban literature, there are many concepts and approaches to provide a picture of the future of cities that one of the most important of them is the concept of smart city. The present study, in the field of urban foresight, seeks to provide solutions for more effective foresight around the smart city of Isfahan in horizon 1420 according to this concept. The approach of this qualitative research is applied and in order to conduct this research in the pre-foresight stage, first, with the help of environmental scanning and library studies, various definitions of smart city were collected from differents articles. As a foresight stage, by doing backcasting for the smart city, solutions were provided for turning Isfahan into a smart city in the form of a roadmap. The necessary infrastructure for the production of renewable energy, increasing the ecological resilience of Isfahan and creating a basis for the startup economy are the most important components of the smart roadmap of Isfahan.
