بررسي تاثير سرمايه اجتماعي بر فرهنگ سياسي شهروندان شيراز (با تاكيد بر مطالعه تطبيقي متولدين قبل و بعد از دهه 60)

Investigating the effect of social capital on the political culture of Shiraz citizens (with emphasis on the comparative study of those born before and after the 60s)

يكي ازعناصر مهم موثر بر گونه شناسي فرهنگ سياسي پديده سرمايه اجتماعي است . مهمترين دلايل انديشمندان علوم اجتماعي و سياسي براي تاثيرات سياسي اين سرمايه، آن است كه سرمايه هاي اجتماعي ازطريق منابع انساني نظير مهارتهاي انساني به وجود آمده اند. در اين پژوهش ازنظريه هاي متفاوتي ازجمله آلموند و وربا، پاتنام،بورديو... استفاده شده است. هدف از پژوهش شناسايي تاثير مولفه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي درشكل گيري و تقويت فرهنگ سياسي شهروندان فعال و اثر گذار بوده است .روش پژوهش و جمع آوري داده ها ابتدا اكتشافي و سپس ازرويكرد پيمايشي بهره گرفته شده و پيمايش بر روي 382 نفر از متولدين قبل و382 نفراز متولدين بعد از دهه 60شهروندان شيراز با نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انجام شده است. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با نرم افزار spssانجام و يافته هاي پژوهش نشان ميدهد، تفاوت معناداري بين سرمايه اجتماعي دونسل وجود ندارد اما انواعفرهنگ سياسي در بين دو نسل تفاوت معناداري دارد. همچنين رابطه منفي معناداري بين سرمايه اجتماعي بافرهنگ سياسي محدود و تبعي در بين هر دو نسل وجود دارد. از سوي ديگر درآزمون فرضيات، تقويت سرمايه اجتماعي موجب رشد و شكوفايي فرهنگ سياسي مشاركتي در بين هر دو نسل ميشود.

One of the important elements influencing the typology of political culture is the phenomenon of social capital. The most important reason for social and political thinkers for the political effects of this capital is that social capital is created through human resources such as human skills. In this research, different theories have been used, including Almond and Verba, Putnam, Bourdieu, etc. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of social capital components on the formation and strengthening of political culture of active and influential citizens. Since the 1960s, the citizens of Shiraz have been selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data analysis was performed with SPSS software and the research findings show that there is no significant difference between Donsell's social capital, but the types of political culture are significantly different between the two generations. There is also a significant negative relationship between social capital and limited and subordinate political culture between both generations. On the other hand, in the test of hypotheses, the strengthening of social capital leads to the growth and flourishing of a participatory political culture between both generations.
