چكيده فارسي :
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به غيرقابل پيش‌بيني بودن زلزله و وقوع ناگهاني آن، لازم است برنامه‌هاي ويژه‌اي جهت رويارويي با اين پديده براي مراكز مختلف و گروه‌هاي استفاده كننده از اين مراكز تدوين شود تا در شرايط بحراني بتوانند واكنش صحيح و مناسبي از خود نشان دهند. ارتقاي آگاهي و آمادگي در برابر زلزله در سينماها، هدف اين مقاله بود.
روش بررسي: از ميان سينماهاي تهران ده نمونه بر اساس نمونه‌گيري در دسترس از مناطق شمال شهر تهران انتخاب و بررسي شد. اطلاعات لازم به صورت ميداني به كمك مصاحبه با كاركنان سينما و چك‌ليست اطلاعات اوليه جمع‌آوري گرديد و سپس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. از تعدادي مراجعه‌كننده در دسترس نيز به صورت اتفاقي، سؤالاتي مرتبط با اهداف مطالعه پرسيده شد.
نتايج: موارد مطالعه شده در اين مقاله نشان‌دهنده اهميت مكان‌هايي از جمله سينماها است كه به طور مستمر شاهد رفت و آمد مراجعين مي‌باشند. با توجه به اطلاعات جمع‌آوري شده و بررسي‌هاي صورت گرفته از سينماهاي مورد مطالعه، سطح آگاهي و آمادگي مردم در رويارويي با سوانح در اين مراكز به اندازه كافي نبوده و در بيشتر موارد در مقابله با شرايط بحراني، سيستم‌هاي مقابله با شرايط اضطرار وجود نداشت.
نتيجه‌گيري: در مجموع، نتيجه‌گيري‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه در برنامه‌ريزي براي اين اماكن لازم است در كنار ارتقاي سطح آگاهي و آمادگي مردم، براي مقابله با شرايط بحران، سيستم‌هاي مقابله با شرايط اضطرار ايجاد شود يا در صورت وجود اين سيستم‌ها، سطح آنها ارتقاء پيدا كند تا به هنگام رويارويي با حوادث به صورت مؤثرتر عمل كنند. در نهايت، توصيه‌ها و راهكارهايي ارائه گرديد تا مسؤولين و مديران مرتبط اين مراكز در برنامه‌هاي خود مورد توجه قرار دهند. برخي راهكارها براي كاركنان در راستاي ارتقاي توانمندي و افزايش آگاهي آنان و بعضي ديگر براي مراجعه‌كنندگان و چند توصيه نيز به صورت مشترك براي هر دو گروه كارآمد، پيشنهاد شد.

Background and Objective: With regard to earthquakes and their sudden occurrence, special programs should be designed and implemented for various amusement centers and people in order to encounter a probable disaster as well as to show appropriate and on-time reaction against it. In this paper, the main objectives are to increase people's awareness and preparedness to encounter disasters and promote disaster management systems in the entertainment centers such as cinemas.
Methods and Materials: From the total cinemas in the capital city of Iran, ten cases have been investigated based on available samples in the north part of Tehran. The data has been collected through interviews and field checklists and has been analyzed and quantified. Questions related to the objectives of the study were also asked randomly from a few of those present in the cinema.
Results: The study shows the importance of places such as cinemas which have constant people commuting in and out regularly. With regard to the gathering information, the low level of people's awareness about earthquakes in cinemas as well as the facilities and systems that have to be upgraded in these places were observed and noted through the findings.
Conclusion: In total, the results show that besides increasing the level of awareness and preparedness of people, the systems for encountering disasters also need to be provided or if available, need to be promoted in order to function properly at the time of disasters. Therefore, in addition to improving the level of people's preparedness and knowledge, it is also necessary to build disaster management systems for encountering emergency situations or to upgrade the existing systems. Some of these suggestions can be used by both groups of people and the personnel in places such as cinemas.
