چكيده فارسي :
اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﻋﺼﺮﺣﺎﺿﺮﺑﯿﺶ از ﻫﻤﻪ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭼﺮﺧﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي آن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ي ﭘﻮﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ دارد، ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس ﺧﺎﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺛﺮوت ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﺧﻮد و ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﻗﺪرت ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ، ﺧﻂ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس داراي ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻫﺎي ﻻزم و زﯾﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﺣﻮزه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي اﻣﮑﺎن ﭘﺬﯾﺮ و ﻧﯿﺰ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺑﯿﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ زﻣﺎن و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪي از ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﺧﻂ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ داﺧﻠﯽ )IFE(، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ )EFE( و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ )IE(ﻫﺮﯾﮏ از اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺟﺰاﯾﺮ ﻣﺮزي در ﺧﻂ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺧﻠﯿﺞ ﻓﺎرس ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد، و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﻫﺎ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﭼﻬﺎر وﺿﻌﯿﺖ WO,SO,WTوST ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﻤﯽ QSPM ﺟﺬاﺑﯿﺖ ﻫﺮﯾﮏ از راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ اوﻟﯿﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺟﺬاﺑﯿﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ اﻗﺪام ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ وزن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﻫﺎ و ﻣﺪل ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه وﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ي آﻣﺎري از آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻠﻤﻮﮔﺮف اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻒ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي راﻫﺒﺮدي ﮐﻤﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ از ﺑﯿﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل SWOT، راﻫﺒﺮد ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺗﺠﺎري و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي )ST4( و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺳﺎزي ﺧﻂ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ )ST5( ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه )ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 2.15و 1.98( داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﺬاﺑﯿﺖ و راﻫﺒﺮد ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه و ﺟﺸﻨﻮاره ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن )ST9( ﺑﺎ ﻧﻤﺮه 1.92 در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ راﻫﺒﺮد ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه، داراي ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﺬاﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this study, the matrix triple Internal Factors, External factors & combinatorial, each aspect of the model is assessed and measured. According to the matrix product strategies in the four conditions (WT, SO, WO and ST) determine, and formed Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), Attractiveness of various strategies are determined, and then they will be prioritized. This is an applied research and developmental. For evaluating and assigning weights to the variables, a questionnaire was designed and the group was targeted. Study Examples was randomly selected and the Cochrane formula is used to determine the number of Examples.The findings obtained from the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) showed that Among the strategies developed based on SWOT, commercial and economic development strategies and development of tourism infrastructure (ST4) and coastline improvement based on international standards (ST5) having the highest score (2.15 and 1.98, respectively) had the highest interest, and Exhibiting and festivals of different strategies at different levels (ST9) with a score of 1.92 is the least attractive. showed that the strategies developed strategies, focusing on the needs and strategies to achieve the main precondition for development, Spread roads, rail network (ST7) and emphasize the main advantages of the introduction of boundary conditions (ST1) having the highest score (2.3 and 1.66, respectively) had the highest interest, and strategy coordination among executive agencies (ST4) with a score of 0.81 is the least attractive.
