در ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ ﺷﺪن، ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮج ﺟﺪﯾﺪي از ﻣﻬﺎﺟﺮت روﺑﺮو ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﺮوز ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮاﺗﯽ در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺷﻬﺮ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﭘﺲ از ﺧﯿﻞ ﻋﻈﯿﻢ ﻣﻬﺎﺟﺮت، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ و ﺗﺤﻮﻻت ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ را ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﮐﺮده اﻧﺪ و ﺗﻨﻮع ﻗﻮﻣﯿﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺘﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﺮوز ﻧﺎﻫﻤﮕﻮﻧﯽ در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ؛ از اﯾﻦ رو ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ، ﺑﺨﺼﻮص ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ و اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ، ارﺗﺒﺎط و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ و ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار در ﭘﯿﺪاﯾﺶ و ﺗﮑﻮﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﻼت ﺷﻬﺮ دوﮔﻨﺒﺪان ﮐﻪ ﺷﻬﺮي ﭼﻨﺪﻗﻮﯾﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ روش دﯾﻤﺘﻞ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار در ﭘﯿﺪاش و ﺗﮑﻮﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﻼت ﺷﻬﺮ دوﮔﻨﺒﺪان ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺛﺮوﺗﯽ در ﮐﺸﻮر، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﺧﺘﻼف در ﭼﺸﻢ اﻧﺪازﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي ﺷﺪه و ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺧﺎص ﺷﻬﺮ دوﮔﻨﺒﺪان را ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺧﻮد را ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻫﻤﺎن ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

In the world, due to the process of industrialization, cities faced a new wave of migration, which has caused changes in various structures of the city, including economic, social, cultural and physical spatial structure. In this descriptive-analytical article, the influential factors in the emergence and development of the neighborhoods of Dogonbadan, which is a multi-faceted city, have been explained by the Demitel method. The results indicate that the factors influencing the emergence and development of Dogonbadan neighborhoods, spatial differences in economic resources and wealth in the country, have caused differences in urban landscapes and each city, like the specific economic context of Dogonbadan city and its performance Also recovered from the same conditions.
