موانع و چالش هاي فرهنگ نقد در دانشگاه ها و مراكز آموزش عالي؛ واكاوي تجارب زيسته دانشجويان

Culture of Criticism in Universities, Limitations and Challenges (Analyzing the Lived Experiences of Students)

رويكرد حاكم بر اين پژوهش، كيفي است و با مشاركت 28 نفر از دانشجويان سال آخر (نيمسال هفتم و هشتم) رشته هاي علوم انساني كه از طريق روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گرفته است. شواهد و اطلاعات مورد نظر با استفاده از مصاحبه هاي عميق نيمه ساختار يافته جمع آوري و از طريق روش هفت مرحله اي كلايزي مورد تجزيه و تحليل و تفسير قرار گرفتند. يافته هاي حاصل از بررسي تجارب و ادراكات دانشجويان در مورد فرهنگ نقد نشان داد كه مجموعا اين حوزه فرهنگي مهم در دانشگاه ها با دو نوع مانع اصلي يعني چالش هاي فرادانشگاهي و موانع درون دانشگاهي مواجه است. چالش هاي فرادانشگاهي، تاثير واقعيات و شرايط كلان اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه بر فرهنگ نقد در دانشگاه و ادراك آن توسط دانشجويان را مورد توجه قرار مي دهند و موانع درون دانشگاهي، شامل عوامل آموزشي و متغير هاي مرتبط با محيط داخلي دانشگاه ها در اين زمينه است. تلاش منسجم و برنامه ريزي شده جهت مقابله با موانع يادشده مي تواند بستر هاي لازم براي نقش آفريني دانشگاه ها در حوزه هاي مختلف به ويژه عرصه فرهنگي، فكري و اجتماعي را فراهم كند.

The main aim of this study was to analyze the lived experiences of students about limitations and challenges of culture of criticism in universities and higher education institutions The dominant approach in this study was a qualitative approach that attended by 28 participants from among students of Kashan university. Purposive sampling and semi – structured deep interviews were conducted. Data analysis was performed based on the 7 step Colaizzi s technique. Depth analysis of experiences and narratives of participants showed that culture of critique in universities confronted with two challenges: extra university challenges and intra university limitations. Extra university challenges concerned with social and cultural conditions and context and its influence over conceptions and experiences of students and intra university obstacles refers to internal problems and educational limitations of higher education centers that prevents the culture of critique. Obviously, expanding and spreading the culture of criticism requires that a coherent and planned effort be made to solve these challenges in order to provide the necessary conditions for the implementation of different functions of the universities, especially its cultural, social and intellectual functions.
