تحليلي بر عوامل موثر بر جامعه پذيري دانشگاهي دانشجويان؛ مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه هاي تهران، تربيت مدرس، شهيد بهشتي، شيراز و فردوسي

An Analysis of the Determinants of Students' Academic Socialization (Case Study of Graduate Students of Five Top Universities in Iran)

با توجه به نقش اساسي دوره هاي آموزشي تحصيلات تكميلي در پويايي فضاي علمي كشور، مطالعه و ارزيابي روند جامعه پذيري دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي و نقش پذيري آنها در دانشگاه از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسي وضعيت جامعه پذيري دانشگاهي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي و عوامل موثر بر آن در دانشگاه هاي كشور صورت گرفته و براساس رويكرد كمي و پيمايش از 482 نفر از دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه هاي تهران، تربيت مدرس، شهيد بهشتي، شيراز و فردوسي، كه به شيوه نمونه گيري طبقه اي متناسب انتخاب شده اند، سامان يافته است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد وضعيت كلي جامعه پذيري دانشگاهي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي پنج دانشگاه مورد بررسي در ابعاد چهارگانه فراگيري نقش دانشجوي تحصيلات تكميلي، درگيري در نقش، مشاركت، سرمايه گذاري و احساس هويت حرفه اي براساس طيف مطلوبيت در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. همچنين براساس مدل سازي معادله ساختاري صورت گرفته، سرمايه دانشگاهي و خود اثربخشي دانشگاهي بيشترين تاثير را بر جامعه پذيري دانشگاهي دانشجويان دوره هاي تحصيلات تكميلي داشته اند.

Academic socialization as a process of creating and developing an internal commitment to the norms and values of the academic and academic arena is one of the basic pillars of the production and distribution of science. In other words, science is governed by norms, values and standards that cannot be realized and sustained if members of the scientific community fail to comply. The importance of addressing academic community, in addition to its role in the production of science and the promotion of knowledge, is also important in terms of assessing the quality of universities. In the issue of the quality of universities and higher education institutions, evaluating the mentality of stakeholders involved in education and research is one of the pillars of quality in higher education, without which it would not be possible to assess quality properly and comprehensively. The present study aimed to investigate the Academic Socialization of students and its effective factors in universities of the country. Based on the quantitative approach and internet survey, 482 graduate students from 5 universities of Tehran, Tarbiat Modares, Shahid Beheshti, Shiraz and Ferdowsi have been collected. The results of this study indicate that the general status of academic socialization of graduate students in the five universities studied in the quadruple dimensions of the role of graduate student, role conflict, participation, investment, and professional identity perceptions based on the desirability range. Also, based on structural equation modeling, academic capital and academic self-efficacy have the most impact on academic socialization of graduate students.
