تحليلي بر وضعيت حقوق شهروندي در بين دانشجو معلمان (مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان تهران)

An analysis of the status of citizenship rights among students (Case study: Farhangian University of tehran)

شهروندي از مهم ترين مفاهيم اجتماعي است كه به منظور كمك به شناخت بهتر جامعه، روابط دروني آن و هدايت كنش ها و رفتارها خلق شده است و «حقوق شهروندي» عليرغم قدمتي كه در تمدن هاي بشري داشته، اصطلاح جديدي است كه گستره وسيعي از حوزه هاي زندگي افراد از جمله حيطه هاي سياسي، امنيتي، قضايي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي را در بر مي گيرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و تحليل وضعيت حقوق شهروندي در دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين مطالعه كه به شكل هدفمند مورد بررسي قرار گرفت، دانشجومعلمان حاضر در سه پرديس شهيد مفتح، نسيبه و مركزشهداي مكه در استان تهران بودند كه بر اساس آمار استاني در سال تحصيلي 98-97 تعداد آنها 1948 نفر بود. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران 320 تعيين گرديد كه از طريق نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شد. به منظور جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 28 گويه اي با طيف پنج گزينه اي ليكرتي استفاده گرديد. پس از تاييد روايي پرسشنامه توسط ده نفر از اساتيد حوزه علوم تربيتي، پايايي تركيبي آن 0/90 محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار Spss24 و Smart-PLS با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و معادلات ساختاري بهره گيري شد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد وضعيت موجود حقوق شهروندي دانشجومعلمان مورد مطالعه كمتر از حد متوسط است و هر يك از مولفه هاي «آموزشي- پژوهشي»، «سياسي»، «فرهنگي- اجتماعي»، «صنفي- رفاهي» و «انضباطي» به ترتيب در وضعيت «حقوق شهروندي» سهم دارند؛ به طوري كه اين عوامل بر روي هم تقريبا 0/66 از واريانس «حقوق شهروندي» دانشجومعلمان را تبيين مي كنند.

The concept of "citizenship rights", despite its antiquity in human civilizations, is a new term and with its definitions, it covers a wide range of areas of life, including political, security, judicial, cultural, social and economic. . The purpose of this study was to evaluate the citizenship rights of student-teachers. The statistical population of this study was the three campuses of Shahid Mofteh, Martyrs of Mecca and Nasibeh of Tehran province from Farhangian University with 1948 people in the second semester of the 97-98 academic year. The sample size was determined based on the Cochran 320 formula, which were selected by available sampling. In order to collect data, a 28-item researcher-made questionnaire with a range of five Likert options was used. After confirming the validity of the questionnaire by ten professors in the field of educational sciences, its combined reliability was calculated to be 0.90. Spss24 and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data using descriptive statistics and structural equations. The results of this study showed that the current situation of student-teacher citizenship rights is less than average and each of the components of "educational-research", "political", "cultural-social", "union-welfare" and "disciplinary" respectively in "Citizenship rights" have a share; Together, these factors explain approximately 0.66 of the variance in student-teacher citizenship rights.
