چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﯾﮏ ﭘﻤﭗ ﭘﯿﺰواﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮏ ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت اﺻﻠﯽ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﺳﯿﺎل، دﯾﺎﻓﺮاﮔﻢ اﻻﺳﺘﯿﮏ و ﻣﯿﺪان اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻋﺪدي ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﻤﭗﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺰواﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺎل و ﺳﺎزه ﻫﺮ دو روي ﻫﻢ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارﻧﺪ، ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻧﻤﻮدن ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات ﺑﺮﻫﻤﮑﻨﺶ ﺳﯿﺎل و ﺳﺎزه ﺑﻪ روش دو ﻃﺮﻓﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺪ و ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﺧﻄﺎ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار 9/66 درﺻﺪ و در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﺎﭘﺎﯾﺪار 8/95 درﺻﺪ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺧﻮب و اﻣﮑﺎن ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دﺑﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﻤﭗ ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺰواﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮏ، اﻣﮑﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻤﭗ ﭘﯿﺰواﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﻤﭗ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﻤﭗ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﻣﺎده ﺑﻮدارﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎز ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎدهﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد؛ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ اﮔﺮ اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﻘﻠﯿﻞ ﻓﺸﺎر ﮔﺎز ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت در ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺧﻮد )10000 ﻣﺘﺮﻣﮑﻌﺐ در ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﮐﺎر ﮐﻨﺪ، ﭘﻤﭗ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي در وﻟﺘﺎژ 200 وﻟﺖ و ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲ 0/167 ﻫﺮﺗﺰ، دﺑﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﻣﺎده ﺑﻮدارﮐﻨﻨﺪه را ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﮐﺮد. ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﻮدارﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﻣﮑﺎن ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دﻗﯿﻖ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﺎده ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺷﺪه، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﮐﻨﺎرﮔﺬر ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه، ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ و ﺑﻬﺮهﺑﺮداري ﮐﻤﺘﺮي دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
In this paper, the performance of a piezoelectric pump is numerically simulated by considering the main equations of fluid flow, elastic diaphragm and electric field. The simulation is conducted using the two-way fluid-structure interaction approach, as the fluid and structure affect each other in the performance of piezoelectric pumps. The simulation results are compared with experimental results and the maximum error in the steady analysis is obtained 9.66% and in the unsteady analysis is 8.95%. Due to the good time response and the possibility of flow control by piezoelectric pumps, the feasibility of using piezoelectric pumps as dosing pumps is investigated. The simulation results showed that the designed piezoelectric pump could be used as a dosing pump; so that if the pilot gas pressure reducing station operates at its maximum capacity (10,000 cubic meters per hour), the proposed pump will inject the required odorant at a voltage of 200 volts and a frequency of 0.167 Hz. In addition to the possibility of precise control of the amount of injected odor, the proposed odorizer system has a lower initial cost and operation cost than the present bypass system at the station.
