اثربخشي مداخله‌ي آموزشي مبتني بر الگوي روي بر وجدان كاري مراقبين مبتلا به كم‌توان ذهني بستري در مركز توان‌بخشي شهيد مدني زرين‌شهر اصفهان

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION BASED ON ROY MODEL ON THE WORK CONSCIENCE OF CAREGIVERS IN PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES HOSPITALIZED IN SHAHID MADANI REHABILITATION CENTER IN ZARRINSHAHR, ISFAHAN

پيش‌زمينه و هدف: مادرياران در مراكز نگهداري از افراد كم‌توان ذهني با تنيدگي‌ها و استرس‌هاي زيادي همراه هستند، كه علاوه بر اختلال در ابعاد جسمي، روحي و اجتماعي بر كيفيت مراقبت و وجدان كاري آن‌ها تأثيرگذار است. مطالعه‌ي حاضر باهدف اثربخشي مداخله‌ي آموزشي مبتني بر الگوي روي، بر وجدان كاري مراقبين افراد مبتلا به كم‌توان ذهني انجام شده است. مواد و روش كار: اين مطالعه‌ي به‌صورت نيمه تجربي تك گروهي بر روي 33 نفر از مراقبين بخش‌هاي ذهني تربيت‌پذير و ايزوله مركز توان‌بخشي شهيد مدني، در سال 1399 انجام شد. نمونه‌هاي موردپژوهش به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ي بررسي و شناخت روي و پرسشنامه‌ي وجدان كاري كاستاومك كراي بوده كه قبل از مداخله آموزشي تكميل گرديد، سپس نيازهاي آموزشي مراقبين مبتني بر پرسشنامه بررسي و شناخت روي تعيين شد، به‌منظور رفع نيازهاي مطرح‌شده محتواي آموزشي در شش جلسه‌ي دو ساعت و نيم به‌صورت پاورپوينت، سخنراني و پرسش و پاسخ برگزار شد. بلافاصله بعد از مداخله و سه ماه بعد از پي گيري مجدداً پرسشنامه وجدان كاري به‌صورت خود گزارش دهي تكميل گرديد. داده‌هاي مطالعه با نرم‌افزار spss و آمار توصيفي و تحليلي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: آزمون آناليز واريانس تكرارشونده بيانگر آن بوده كه ميانگين نمرات وجدان كاري مراقبين قبل از مداخله، بلافاصله بعد از مداخله و سه ماه پس از پي گيري تفاوت معني‌دار آماري داشته و اين تفاوت با روند افزاينده مواجهه بوده است (0/001>p). نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه ارزيابي نيازهاي آموزشي مبتني بر مدل روي و اقدامات آموزشي و حمايتي مبتني بر اين مدل با ارتقا وجدان كاري مراقبين رسمي افراد كم‌توان ذهني همراه بوده است.

Background & Aim: Caregivers in care centers for the mentally retarded are associated with a lot of stress and stressors that in addition to physical, mental and social disorders, also affect the quality of care and work conscience of these people. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of an educational intervention based on Roy model on the work conscience of caregivers (mothers) in people with mental disabilities hospitalized in Shahid Madani Rehabilitation Center in Zarrinshahr, Isfahan. Material & Methods: This quasi-experimental single-group study was performed on 40 caregivers of trainable and isolated mental wards of Shahid Madani Rehabilitation Center in 2016. The samples were purposefully selected and the data collection tool was a zinc survey and cognition questionnaire and a custom consumption questionnaire that was completed before the educational intervention. Then, in order to meet the needs of the educational content in six sessions of two and a half hours in the form of PowerPoint, lectures and questions and answers were held. Also, a three-month follow-up process was performed in relation to the interventions. Immediately after the intervention and three months after the follow-up, the work conscience questionnaire was completed again. Study data were evaluated using SPSS software and descriptive and analytical statistics. Results: Analysis of variance repeated measures showed that the mean scores of caregivers' work conscience before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and three months after follow-up was statistically significant and this difference was an increasing trend (p <0.001). Conclusion: The results showed that the assessment of educational needs based on the Roy model and educational-supportive based on this model have been associated with improving the work conscience of formal caregivers of mentally retarded people.
