چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه فوتبال استقلال و پرسپوليس

Examining the challenges and opportunities of privatization of Esteghlal and Persepolis football clubs

خصوصي‌سازي را مي‌توان مشاركت عموم مردم در تمامي سطوح اقتصادي كشور و نظارت غيرمستقيم دولت در كارها دانست. در پژوهش حاضر چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي خصوصي‌سازي باشگاه استقلال و پرسپوليس بررسي شد. روش پژوهش آميختة كيفي و رتبه‌بندي مؤلفه‌ها روش كمي بود. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، از روش مصاحبة نيمه‌ساختاريافته استفاده شد. جامعة آماري پژوهش شامل مديران، داوران، بازيكنان، حقوقدانان، مربيان، استادان دانشگاه، مسئولان ادارة ورزش و جوانان، مسئولان وزارت اقتصاد و دارايي، اهالي رسانه، پيشكسوتان، هواداران كه در عرصة فوتبال و بخش خصوصي به‌نوعي فعاليت مي‌كنند، انتخاب شدند و مصاحبة نيمه‌ساختاريافته انجام گرفت. بعد از رسيدن به اشباع نظري مصاحبه متوقف و در بخش كمي به تعداد 384 نفر پرسشنامه ارسال شد. روايي صوري اين پژوهش توسط 8 نفر از استادان مديريت ورزشي تأييد شد و پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 86% به‌دست آمد. براي محاسبة آماري از آمار توصيفي و براي رتبه‌بندي مؤلفه‌ها از آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد. در قسمت چالش‌ها مديريت با 04/4 درصد مهم‌ترين بخش و در قسمت فرصت‌ها بخش مديريت و اقتصادي با 3 درصد تأثيرگذارترين موارد براي واگذاري اين دو باشگاه به بخش خصوصي تعيين شدند. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه با تأمين منابع مالي لازم، توجه مديران به بخش خصوصي براي ورود به بورس و رقابت تجاري مثبت بين باشگاه‌ها براي جذب بخش‌هاي خصوصي كارامد بايد گامي مؤثر در جهت خارج شدن اين دو باشگاه از انحصار دولت برداشت

privatization can be regarded as public participation in all economic levels of the country and indirect supervision of the state in the works. present study is the study of challenges and opportunities for the deregulation of the club of independence and Persepolis. qualitative research method and ranking of components are quantitative methods. semi - structured interview method was used to collect data. in the qualitative section, 30 people were interviewed for the privatization field. after reaching the theoretical saturation of the interview and in the quantitative section, the number of 384 were sent. the formal validity of this study was confirmed by eight professors of sport management and its reliability using cronbach's alpha 86 %. for statistical calculation of descriptive statistics and for ranking the components, freedman test was used. in the challenges of management with 4.04 percent of the most important parts and in the opportunities of management and economic sectors with 3 percent of the most important items to leave the two clubs to the private sector. By providing the necessary financial resources, the attention of managers to the private sector for entering the bourse and positive trade competition between the clubs to attract more efficient private sectors should be an effective step in the direction of the two clubs from the monopoly of the state.
