چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﮔﻨﺎدوﺗﺮوﻓﯿﻦ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽHCG)(ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏ ﺗﺮﺷﺢ ﺗﺴﺘﻮﺳﺘﺮون و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ آﻧﺪروژن ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد از آن در ﺟﻬﺖ درﻣﺎن ﻧﺎﺑﺎروري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯿﮕﺮدد و از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻟﺘﻬﺎﺑﯽ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ آن ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺿﺪاﻟﺘﻬﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه دارﭼﯿﻦ از آن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ HCG ﺑﺮ روي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻏﺪد ﺟﻨﺴﯽ رت ﻫﺎي ﻧﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ 24 ﺳﺮ رت وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﻧﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ 4 ﮔﺮوه 6 ﺗﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﺮوه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺳﺮم ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ(، ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﯾﮏ 50 HCG(IU/ml ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺟﻠﺪي )ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر دو ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﯿﺪرواﻟﮑﻠﯽ دارﭼﯿﻦ30 mg/kg( ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ درون ﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ) و ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺳﻪ HCG و ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﯿﺪرواﻟﮑﻠﯽ دارﭼﯿﻦ 50 IU/ml(ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺟﻠﺪي و 30 mg/kg ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت روزاﻧﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ درون ﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ) ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎر رت ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 7 روز ﻃﻮل ﮐﺸﯿﺪ، ﺑﻌﺪ از 14 روز از ﺗﯿﻤﺎر رت ﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﻬﻮش ﺷﺪه و ﭘﺲ از ﺟﺪا ﻧﻤﻮدن ﺑﯿﻀﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺳﻤﯿﻨﺎل وزﯾﮑﻮل رﻧﮓ آﻣﯿﺰي ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﮐﺴﯿﻠﯿﻦ- اﺋﻮزﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ ﻧﻮري ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎري آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮑﻄﺮﻓﻪ ANOVA ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزن ﺑﯿﻀﻪ و ﺳﻤﯿﻨﺎل وزﯾﮑﻮل ، ﻗﻄﺮ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﻨﯽ ﺳﺎز و ﺳﻤﯿﻨﺎل وزﯾﮑﻮل و ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﻻﯾﻪ زاﯾﺎ در ﮔﺮوه درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه HCG و دارﭼﯿﻦ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوﻫﺎي دﯾﮕﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري داﺷﺖ)P<0.001( . ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ دارﭼﯿﻦ و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن HCG ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎاﺛﺮ ﻫﻢ ازاﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ رﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﺑﯿﻀﻪ و ﺳﻤﯿﻨﺎل وزﯾﮑﻮل در رت ﻫﺎي ﻧﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Since HCG stimulates the production of testosterone and increases androgen production, it is used in the treatment of infertility and in some cases, and inflammatory conditions reduce its effect. In this study, due to the known anti-inflammatory effect of cinnamon, it was used as a supplement to influence the effect of HCG on sexual activity of Adult male rats. In this experimental study, 24 Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 6 including control group (daily subcutaneous saline), one HCG treatment group (50 IU / ml daily). Subcutaneous), treatment group with two hydro alcoholic extracts of cinnamon (30 mg / kg daily intraperitoneally) and treatment group with three HCG and hydro alcoholic extract of cinnamon (50 IU / ml daily subcutaneous injection and 30 mg / kg intravenous injection daily). Peritoneal) were divided. The rats were treated for 7 days, anesthetized after 14 days and after hematoxylin-eosin staining testes and seminal vesicles were examined by light microscopy. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. The results of the present study showed that the mean testicular and seminal vesicle weight, seminal vesicle diameter and seminal vesicle thickness and reproductive membrane thickness were significantly higher in the HCG and cinnamon receiving group (P <0.001). Based on the results of this study, the combination of hydro alcoholic extract of cinnamon and HCG could lead to better development and testicular and seminal vesicle function in Adult male rats.
