بررسي نقش ويژگيهاي دارايي، كارآفرين و اطلاعات در تحليل ساختار مالي استارت آپ ها

Investigating the Role of Asset Characteristics, Entrepreneurship and Information in Analyzing the Financial Structure of Startups

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نقش ويژگيهاي دارايي، كارآفرين و اطلاعات در تحليل ساختار مالي استارت آپ ها(مطالعه موردي؛ پارك فناروي پرديس پرداخت. هدف در اين پژوهش بررسي اثرات نقش ويژگيهاي دارايي، كارآفرين و اطلاعات بر ساختار مالي استارت آپ ها مي باشد. بدين منظور در فصل اول به بيان مساله و اهميت موضوع پرداخته شد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه شركت هاي دانش بنيان و فناور مستقر در پارك فناوري پرديس بود، كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش كوكران 148 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار اصلي گردآوري داده ها پرسش نامه بود كه با مراجعه به متخصصين و افراد صاحب نظر روائي آن تاييد و از روش آلفاي كرونباخ پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي و روش پژوهش آن از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. نتايج استنباطي حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه بين متغيرهاي ويژگي دارايي ها، اطلاعات و ويژگي كارآفرين با ساختار مالي رابطه معنادار برقرار است، همچنين با توجه به ضريب تعيين بدست آمده از نتايج آزمون معادلات ساختاري مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه به ترتيب ويژگي دارايي ها(0/514)، ويژگي كارآفرين(0/405) و ويژگي اطلاعات(0/362) با ساختار مالي استارت آپ ها رابطه معنادار وجود دارد.

The present study investigates the role of asset characteristics, entrepreneurship and information in analyzing the financial structure of startups (Case Study; Campus Park Technoir. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of asset characteristics, entrepreneurship and information on the financial structure of startups. The purpose of this study was to describe the problem and importance of the topic in the first chapter. The statistical population consisted of all knowledge and technology companies based in Campus Technology Park, which sample size was determined using Cochran method of 148 people. It was confirmed by referring to the experts and experts of its validity and alpha method The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach.This study was descriptive-survey in terms of purpose, applied, and inferential results from data analysis showed that between variables of asset attribute, information and entrepreneur attribute with structure Finance has a meaningful relationship, also considering the coefficient of determination obtained from Structural Equation test results, it can be concluded that asset attribute (0.514), entrepreneur attribute (0.405) and information attribute (0.362), respectively. There is a significant relationship with the financial structure of startups.
