چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحي مدل تغيير خط مشي پذيرش دانشجو با رويكرد يادگيري است كه به روش تركيبي (آميخته) انجام رسيده است. در بخش كيفي از روش تحليل محتوا با رويكرد استقرايي استفاده شده است كه بر اساس آن از طريق مصاحبه با صاحب نظران و خبرگان علمي و اجرايي، شاخص هاي تغيير خط مشي پذيرش دانشجويان با رويكرد يادگيري شناسايي؛ سپس آنها را در طبقات مشخصي دسته بندي و از دسته بندي طبقات، مؤلفه ها و ابعاد تحقيق مشخص گرديد. جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي عبارتند از: اعضاء شوراي عالي انقلاب فرهنگي، كارشناسان موسسه پژوهش و برنامه ريزي آموزش عالي، معاون و كارشناسان آموزش و برنامه ريزي وزارت علوم و تحقيقات و فناوري، اعضاء كميسيون آموزش و تحقيقات مجلس شوراي اسلامي دوره نهم و دهم، لذا به منظور جمع آوري اطلاعات از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند با تكنيك گلوله برفي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري در بخش كمي تعداد 569 نفر از اعضاء هيات علمي مراكز دانشگاهي استان لرستان بوده اند كه بر اساس جدول كرجسي مورگان 229 نفر به عنوان نمونه و با توجه به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده هاي كيفي از روش مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته و براي داده هاي كمي از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل مصاحبه ها براساس روش تحليل محتواي استقرايي و در بخش كمي براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از تكنيك مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي spss22 و smart pls استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد كه ابعاد يادگيري (درون زا و برونزا) بر تغيير خط مشي پذيرش دانشجو تأثير داشته و بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction A review of changes in student admission policy over the last four decades has shown that these policies still need to be changed, because in many of the applied changes there is a lack of attention to learning approach. Learning enables successful policy changes to be made that reflect changes in external environmental conditions and requirements, as well as the evaluation of previous policies. Method The methodology of the present study is applied in terms of results and mixed in terms of implementation method; which has been performed in two parts, quantitative and qualitative. According to the nature and objectives of the research, inductive content analysis has been conducted.Accordingly in the qualitative section, research data is qualitative and its approach is inductive content analysis. The statistical population of the study included experts and specialists familiar with the process of changing student admission policy with a learning approach. Through purposive sampling, 12 of them were interviewed. Similarly, in order to confirm the presented model in the quantitative section, the data collection tool in this section is a researcher-made question . For data analysis in a quantitative part, the Smartpls software was used, which finally confirmed the proposed model. Results In this study, the researcher respect to the exogenous dimension requires attention to the wishes and needs of the community, the role of advocacy groups, interest groups and the media, population developments and ideological issues, political and economic conditions governing society and the status of volunteers. In the endogenous dimension, it requires the consideration of policies and politics proposed by the government, political attitudes and opinions by avoiding politicization, opinions and views of experts and thinkers, goals and programs of related and synchronized organizations and decisions of decision-making councils. Discussion It is important to enter the higher education course and benefit from the training of this course in all countries of the world, therefore, it is necessary for all higher education institutions in Iran to pay attention to this important issue and to pay attention to their duty to accept and educate students according to the needs of the country. Attention to the effective factors in changing the admission policy of students is caused by the general conditions and policies for student admission to be adjusted so that the most suitable people are selected. In this context, it is important to pay attention to the learning approach in the policymaking process. The study shows that the policy of student admission has changed significantly over the years, basically, these changes are apparent and there is always a lack of attention to the learning approach. Student admission policy is important because of the learning approach because it has potentially more desirable outcomes for the higher education system so that policymakers can have a more appropriate policy for student admissions policy.
