Investigating the Relationship between Belief in Each of the Physician's Perspectives on Patient Responsibility and Accountability

ﻳﮑﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺜﻲ ﮐﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﭘﺰﺷـﮑ ﻲ ﻣﻄـﺮﺡ ﻣـ ﻲﺷـﻮﺩ ، ﺑﺤـﺚ ﻣﺴـﺌﻮ ﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪﻑ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﺭﺍﺑﻄﻪﻱ ﺍﻋﺘﻘﺎﺩ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ ﻳﮏ ﺍﺯ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫـﺎ ﻱ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭ ﻭ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮﻱ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺭﻭﺵ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ، ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪﺍﻱ ﻭ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲﻫﻢﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﻣﻲﺩﻫﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺍﺑﻄـﻪ ﺑـﺎ ﻣﺴـﺌﻮ ﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭ، ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎﺭ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩ ﺍﺷﺎﺭﻩ ﮐﺮﺩ ﮐﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫﺎ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺗﻨﺪ ﺍﺯ: ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﻣﺤﺾ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ، ﻋﺪﻡ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﻣﺎﻫﺮ ﻣﺤﺘﺎﻁ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻝ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﺩﺭ ﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﺗﻘﺼﻴﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺭﻣﺎﻥ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻝ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﭘﺰﺷﮏ ﺩﺭ ﺻـﻮﺭﺕ ﻣﺒﺎﺷـﺮ ﺑـﻮﺩﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺭﻣـﺎﻥ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪﺩﺳـﺖ ﺁﻣـﺪﻩ ﺑﻴـ ﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﺍﻳـ ﻦ ﺍﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﻫـﻢ ﺑﺴـﺘﮕ ﻲ ﻣﺜﺒـﺖ ﺑـ ﻴﻦ ﺯﻳﺮﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪ ﻫـﺎ ﻱ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮﻱ ﻭ ﺩﻳـ ﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫـﺎ ﻱ ﻣﺴـﺌﻮ ﻟﻴﺖ ﭘﺰﺷـﮏ ﻭﺟـﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ ﮐـﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺳـﻄﺢ 0/01 ﻣﻌﻨﻲﺩﺍﺭ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﻣﻲﺩﻫﺪ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫـﺎ ﻱ ﻳـ ﮏ ﻭ ﺳـﻪ ، ﻫـﻢ ﺑﺴـﺘﮕ ﻲ ﺑـﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﻱ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫﺎ، ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮﻱ ﭘﺰﺷﮑﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ. ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﻫﻢﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮﻱ ﺑﺎ ﺩﻳﺪﮔﺎﻩﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺘﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺭﺍ ﺑـﺮ ﺍﻱ ﭘﺰﺷـﮑﺎﻥ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻈـﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺍﺳﺖ.

One of the most important issues in medical law is the issue of physician responsibility. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between belief in each of the physician's responsibilities towards the patient and responsibility. The research method is library and descriptivecorrelation. An examination of various sources shows that there are four perspectives on the physician's responsibility to the patient. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the components of responsibility and physician responsibility perspectives, which are significant at the level of 0.01. Findings indicate that views 1 and 3 are more correlated with physicians' responsibility than other views. The degree of correlation between the dimensions of responsibility with the views that consider more responsibility for physicians is greater.
