چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﮐﺎرت اﻣﺘﯿﺎزي ﻣﺘﻮازن در ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮن ﺟﻮدو و ﮐﻮراش ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد.
روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ : روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪي آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮن ﺟﻮدو و ﮐﻮراش اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد )41 ﻧﻔﺮ(. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﻮد )41 ﻧﻔﺮ(. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ )α=0/96( ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار PLS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻣﺪل ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮن ﺟﻮدو و ﮐﻮراش در ﭼﻬﺎر ﻋﺎﻣﻞ،10 ﺑﻌﺪ و 40 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻪﻃﻮريﮐﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ رﺷﺪ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي داراي 3 ﺑﻌﺪ و 17 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ، ﻣﺸﺘﺮي و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ورزﺷﯽ 3 ﺑﻌﺪ و 7 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ، ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ 3 ﺑﻌﺪ و 11 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ، ﻣﺎﻟﯽ 1 ﺑﻌﺪ و 4 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ )39 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ(؛ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎي ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ، ﻣﺸﺘﺮي و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ورزﺷﯽ، رﺷﺪ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي و ﻣﺎﻟﯽ داراي ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﺑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ β=0/88 ،β=0/92 ،β=0/93 و β=0/84 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﻨﻬﺎن ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺎﻟﯽ و ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ r=0/89 و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﻣﺸﺘﺮي و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ r=0/88 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﺷﻮد در ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺑﻪ 4 ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻣﻮردﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و اﺑﻌﺎد آن و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﯾﮋهاي ﺷﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﺮاﻧﺪازه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮔﺮدد ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ در ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮن ﺟﻮدو و ﮐﻮراش اﯾﺮان ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد؛ و ﻫﻤﯿﻦﻃﻮر ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ-ﻫﺎي ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ در ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي در ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺸﺘﺮي و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ورزﺷﯽ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was desiginig performance evaluation managers model based on the Balanced Scorecard in the Islamic Republic of Iran Kurash and Judo Federation.
Methodology:Research method has been descriptive-survey one,which is conducted through field study. Statistical universe were members and experts of Judo and Kurash Federation. The research statistical sample has been selected purposive.A researcher made questionnaire has been applied to data collection,which its formal validity was confirmed by experts (n=12). As well as, its reliability was calculated by using Cronbach’s Alpha (0.96). In this study, structural equation modeling and PLS software have been used to data analyze and model fitness.
Results: Performance appraisal model of the Kurash and Judo Federation,in4factors contain 10dimensions and 39 indices,so that the factor of growth and learning has3dimensions and17indices,customer and sport consequences has 3 dimensions and 7 indices, its internal processes includes 3 dimensions and 11 indices, and fiscal factor contain a dimension and 4 indices; which the Factor loadings of internal processes,customer and sport consequences, growth and learning and fiscal factors respectively were 0.93, 0.92, 0.88 and 0.84. Moreover, according to the correlation between latent variables,the highest correlation is between fiscal factor and internal processes that is 0.89, and then, is between the internal process and customer and sport consequences that is 0.88.
Conclusion:According to the research results,paying special attention to 4 studied context and their confirmed dimensions and indices is recommended to performance appraisal of organization. Also, however it paid attention to finnacial matters of organization, it is caused to increse internal processes in performance indices of iran Kurash and Judo Fedration and indices of dimasion internal procssesis caused to make progress in performance indices in dimensions of customer and sport results.
