چكيده فارسي :
دوران ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪي ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺗﻌﺎدل ﻫﻤﺮاه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ اﺛﺮ ﯾﮏ دوره ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﻼﺗﺲ و ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدﻫﺎي ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ زﻧﺎن ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: ﺗﻌﺪاد 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه داوﻃﻠﺐ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ورود ﺑﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ده ﻧﻔﺮي )ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﭘﯿﻼﺗﺲ و ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﺮﮐﺰي( ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن از آزﻣﻮن ﺣﺎﻓﻈﻪ وﮐﺴﻠﺮ و ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ، از آزﻣﻮن زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮﺧﺎﺳﺘﻦ و رﻓﺘﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣﺎري از روش آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار اس ﭘﯽ اس اس ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 22 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﯾﮏ دوره ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﻼﺗﺲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ اﺛﺮ داﺷﺖ وﻟﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ و ﺑﺮ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار داﺷﺖ. ﺑﯿﻦ دو روش ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﭘﯿﻼﺗﺲ و ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﺮﮐﺰي در ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ دو روش ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎي زﻧﺎن ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺛﺒﺎت ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدﻫﺎي ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ زﻧﺎن ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Elderly age is associated with a reduction in cognitive function and balance. The purpose of this research was to compare the effects of a Pilates and core stability training on dynamic balance and improve cognitive function in elderly females. Methodology: 30 participants who were eligible and the volunteer for the research were purposefully selected and randomly divided into three groups of ten. In order to assess the cognitive function of participants of the Wechsler Memory Scale, and to measure dynamic balance was used up and go test. To perform statistical analyzes of covariance analysis with SPSS software version Twenty-two was used. Results: The results showed that a Pilates training period had a significant effect on the dynamic balance but did not have a significant effect on cognitive function, and the core stability training had a significant effect on improving dynamic balance and cognitive function. There was significant difference between the effects of Pilates and core stability training methods on dynamic balance and improve cognitive function. Conclusion: According to the research findings, the use of these two methods training to improve dynamic balance of older women is recommended. The use of core stability training can improve cognitive performance in elderly females is effective.
