بررسي ميزان دانش، نگرش و تبعيت از احتياطات استاندارد كنترل عفونت در دانشجويان پرستاري خوي در طي پاندمي‌كرونا در سال 1400: يك گزارش كوتاه

A Survey of Knowledge, Attitude, and Adherence to Standard Precautions of Infection Control among Khoy Nursing Students during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2021: A Short Report

زمينه و هدف: خطر انتقال عفونت­ هاي مختلف، دانشجويان پرستاري را تهديد مي­ كند. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ميزان دانش، نگرش و تبعيت از احتياطات استاندارد كنترل عفونت در دانشجويان پرستاري در طي پاندمي‌كرونا انجام شد. مواد و روش­ ها: اين مطالعه توصيفي بر روي 70 نفر از دانشجويان سال آخر رشته پرستاري در سال 1400 در شهرستان خوي انجام شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات شامل پرسش­نامه اطلاعات دموگرافيك، پرسش­نامه ميزان دانش و نگرش دانشجويان پرستاري در مورد احتياطات استاندارد كنترل عفونت بود. داده ­هاي با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آزمون همبستگي Pearson و رگرسيون خطي چندگانه تجزيه ­و تحليل شدند. يافته ­ها: نمره دانش دانشجويان پرستاري با نمره نگرش (r=0.524, p<0.001)،‌ و‌ نمره تبعيت (r=0.325, p=0.005) ‌و هم‌چنين نمره نگرش دانشجويان پرستاري با نمره تبعيت از احتياطات استاندارد كنترل عفونت(r=0.240, p=0.002)، ارتباط مستقيم و معناداري دارد. نتيجه ­گيري: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه دانش و تبعيت از احتياطات استاندارد كنترل عفونت اكثر دانشجويان در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. لازم است در راستاي افزايش دانش و تبعيت از احتياطات استاندارد، اقدامات آموزشي مناسب انجام شود.

Background and Objectives: The risk of transmission of various infections threatens nursing students. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of knowledge, attitude, and adherence to standard infection control precautions among nursing students during the Corona pandemic. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 70 senior nursing students in Khoy in 2021. Data collection tools included a demographic information questionnaire, a questionnaire of nursing students' knowledge and attitudes about standard infection control precautions, and a standard precautions checklist. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation test, and multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed a direct significant and relationship between the knowledge score of nursing students and attitude score (r=0.524, p<0.001), ‌and compliance score (r=0.325, p=0.005). The attitude score of nursing students was also directly and significantly related to the score of compliance with standard infection control precautions (r=0.240, p=0.002). Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that knowledge and adherence to standard infection control precautions of most students are at a moderate level. It is necessary to take appropriate educational measures in order to increase knowledge and follow standard precautions.
