چكيده فارسي :
تمدن اسلامي درواقع بيان‌كننده فرهنگ، تاريخ، سنن و باورهاي ديني مسلمين مي‌باشد كه ريشه در تعاليم قرآني و توحيدي دارد. . بطور كلي اين تمدن طي پانزده قرن با افت و خيزهايي مواجه بوده است كه در شكوفايي مجدد آن، انقلاب اسلامي ايران و بنيانگذاري يك نظام اسلامي جايگاهي ارزشمند و تعيين‌كننده‌اي داشته است. از طرفي ديدگاه ها و نظرات ارزشمند امام خميني(ره) و مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي) يك خلاء تئوريك چندقرنه را در تمدن اسلامي پر كرده و شخصيت و برجستگي تازه‌اي به «تمدن اسلامي» بخشيده است. اين تمدن نوين اسلامي از ديدگاه ايشان داراي مولفه و شاخص هايي همچون بينش توحيدي، كرامت انساني، علم و معرفت، عدالت گستري، آزادي، استقامت و پايداري، استقلال سبك زندگي و عزت مي باشد ؛ همچنين راهكارهاي دستيابي به آن عبارتند از ايمان، پرهيز از سطحي نگري ، بازگشت به اسلام، استفاده بهينه از ظرفيت نخبگان و دانشمندان، تحول در علوم انساني، پرهيز از غرب گرايي، تلاش حاكميت، خودباوري، داشتن نگاه قرا ملي و فرامرزي بررسي گذشته تمدن اسلامي ، داشتن جهان بيني كامل و تحول نگاه به علم، شناسايي مولفه هاي تمدن رقيب، داشتن فقه پويا . در حقيقت اين موارد مي تواند جامعه را به جاده ي انديشه و انديشه ورزي در فائق آمدن بر مشكلات سياسي عصر جديد ياري و زمينه ي ايجاد تعالي تمدن نوين اسلامي گردد.

Islamic civilization, in fact, is the expressive of culture, history, traditions of the Muslims root of which is in the Quran´s and monotheistic teachings. In general, this civilization has had ups and downs in whose new prosperity the Islamic revolution of Iran and foundation of an Islamic system have had a valuable and determining position. Moreover, valuable opinions and views by Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) and the supreme leader of Iran (may Allah grant him long life) have removed a multi-century theoretical gap in Islamic civilization giving a new nature and prominence to it. From their point of view, this modern Islamic civilization has elements and indices such as monotheistic vision, human dignity, science and knowledge, development of justice, freedom, perseverance, independence, life style and honor; also approaches to achieve it includes faith, avoiding superficiality, returning to Islam, optimum use of the elite´s and scientists´ capabilities, evolution in humanities, avoiding Occidentalism, government endeavors, self-confidence, adopting a transnational and cross-border point of view, studying the history of Islamic civilization, following a perfect ideology and an evolutionary point of view to science, identifying the rival civilizations, having a dynamic jurisprudence. In fact, these elements can direct a society towards thought and thoughtfulness to remove political problems in the new era and provide a ground for development of modern Islamic civilization.
